Kevin, my ticker. I weighed myself yesterday and weighed what is on my ticker...... for some reason, I dont normally do this, but this morning I weighed again and am a pound and a half heavier than it says on my ticker, so your winning lol. Mwah xx

Today I feel tired and have a headache. Not sure if its lack of food but I will need to ask the nurse tomorrow when I go for my Pre-op assessment. I just hope my BP and everthing else is ok and the op-can go ahead. When I went for the pre-op for my hand on 10th June my BP was high so had to go to GP the following week. It was back to normal by then but I am a little concerned that the stress of the PAAC will send my BP sky high.

Its a fab feeling being grandparents as anyone who is a grandparent will tell you. I had the ultimate privilege to be at the birth of my only daughters two sons. I will remember the joy forever.

Thanks so much,i was with my daughter and her hubby ,,was the most amazing thing ive ever seen or felt in my life ,,and even happy as 2 year ago i held my beautiful sisters hand as she left this world and yesterday almost to the day ,i held my daughters ,,bringing a new life into the world ,,a true miracle x

Just had to move 6 frogs from a border i'm working on in the garden to another border where I won't hurt them by accident. I'm not scared of them but dont like them being around where I'm working incase I hurt them.
My hands are hurting like mad and I can't get an appointment at the docs till 6th July. I couldn't believe that the surgery is now automated and you dont get to speak to anybody to make an appointment. Whats the world coming to!
