What did you eat today SLEEVIES?

B skinny cappachino
D weight watchers lasagne
T pork stuffed with apple and apricot stuffing and coleslaw
S hot milk x
 
B- FF Actimel drink
D- 2 small (grape size) bites roast beef, 1 green bean, 1/4 roast potato
S- 1/4 apple
D- 1/4 baby new potato, forkful spinach, inside and outside of a corned beef crisp bake and the inside of the other half.
 
Yesterday,

Breakfast 1 scrambled egg.
Snack options coconut hot chocolate.
Lunch 2 crispbreads with wafer thin meat.
Dinner 1 sausage meatball and 1/4 chicken breast with bubble and squeek.
3 litres of NAS and 2 coffees.
 
I'm 3 weeks 2 days my mind is ready for normal food not sure if my sleeve is even ready for mashed yet lol so worried I do something g wrong !

Plan for today

Fish cake beans and sausage

I moved to more solid food quite quickly as liquid was leaving me very hungry, try a tiny bit and see how it feels, i listen to 'Sid'.
 
I don't really feel hungry at all have a strange maybe hunger pain on a morning but if I have a milky coffee I'm ok

Oh guys I'm turning into moaning Minnie here.
Bad acid reflux again so resorting to Gaviscon as per drs orders after my 2 allergic reactions. I don't feel hungry & I don't want to eat.
Managed some low fat custard this morning, a tiny but of home made cauliflower soup & tonight just about 3 tablespoons sieved of pea & ham soup. Only managed just over a litre of fluids. I am approaching 3 weeks post op on Saturday & terrified of moving onto purée.
Have hospital appointment next week. At least I've lost over 17lbs since op.
Other than the acid reflux I feel on top if the world & my clothes are falling off me. Still I want to enure I keep up with my nutrition correctly. Any tips gratefully received?
 
Relax and listen to your body hun, i am on soft food mainly because i was getting very hungry on soups and slop! I try something new each day if i can slow but steady and relax and dont tense up.

B. Weetabix
S. Banana
L. tuna, tom, onion and mayo 2 tblsp
S. 1/2oz cheese, small slice ham
D. Chicken, mash, peas gravy.

Will try that but can't even manage much water today. Had a very milky coffe at lunch & it came back up about 1/2 hour later. Hospital next week so will ask lots of questions. Never ever hungry & only trying to eat soups etc to try to maintain a little nutrition. Blasted acid reflux Gaviscon is helping but still uncomfortable. Feels like I need a big burp but nothing ever happens. Tried all the exercises, peppermint water, peppermint tea uuuurgh! Loving the weight loss though. New clothes calling me to the shops but resisting LOL Thx xx

Hi all I'm 5wks 2days post op and just wondered if you think I am eating ok
B - 1 scrambled egg
S - skinny latte
L - inside of small jacket potato and 1/12 tbs cheese
D - 2tbs stewed beef, 1 tbs mash, 4 Barton carrots and 1 cauliflower floret
S - cadburys highlight

I've lost 34lb so far, thanks in advance
 
Bit heavy on the carbs today but just fancied real food that I can chew, not just meat lol

B - crumpet and babybell
D - battered chicken 2 pieces and half mullerlight yogurt (cheese cake flavour)
T - Iceland baguette topped with cheese and tomato
S - later might have another mullerlight yogurt and babybell if I can fit it in, to up my protein :) x

Bad day for me too. What's happening so many on a bad day?
Hardly any water, a milky coffee 4 mouthfuls over 45 mins then it came up!
Nothing else sooo not hungry. Heeeeeeeeelp!
