A Step in the Right Direction

Guys I bought a flex and I cannot get it to get my steps also it's also has no lights on I'm so confused due to the lack of info how to set up
 
Gemma I struggled too with my one. I went on to the website where you set up your account and they have a question and answer section. Also there are some steppers with the flex. Nhopefully one of them can help
 
Well this morning I managed just under 9000 as I took the dogs a long walk for a couple of hours. By the time I had done the drive up from Annan, I had got to nearly 1600 without moving one foot in front of the other...frustrating. I must look at the website and maybe see about getting a replacement fitbit

I also done a lung bursting swimming session...40 minutes non stop
 
Have u got the little black computery but in the wrong way? I did that with mine till I got the hang of it x x
 
Today's steps 15673 de stressed completely now thanks to a very good advice :) we keep our boat here and my fav memories from when I could talk to my best friend that I lost last year. So glad that I went and now I am much calmer ready for my op day after tomorrow :) thank you so much CrystalRainbow for your much appreciated help and kindness. Xxx xxx

My dear friend :) i am so pleased you managed a de stress day :) am sending some more healing tonight so your calm ready for thursday..... i got your message, i will reply in morning, and i will txt you my number. I hope everything is packed ready to go :) looks like you had a fantastic day wtg on the steps too...... make sure hubby takes you there often while your recouping ....... you can lay in the van and chill in such beautiful surroundings.

Had a fantastic day and hubby would live there if he could but it's 40miles away just for that reason lol......so the healing certainly works....smiles over rainbows for sure :)
