Kirsty i checked my fitbit in car yesterday, i remembered 1/2 hour from home and not one extra step!!! and the last 1/2 hour of the journey is all country bumpy winding lanes..... deffo get yours checked hun Ali LOL i don't have a life LOL ........ i don't have kids, i don't see friends often, family all live 300 odd miles away, i don't work, the housework gets done whenever lol Before surgery........for the last 13 odd years i've had this illness which has made me pretty insular, this wl lark takes time..... they said at hospital you needed dedication to have a band LOL and tis true
i could happily give up the constant fight to lose this weight, get a few fills and get on with something else in my life, but frankly with my ptsd and ocd (and the rest......depression, anxiety lol ) this way keeps my mind busy
My medicine has been this wl journey, walking has helped clear my mind, and rid me of alot of crap i've carried for years. On top of that being a complete nutter
very competitive too so that my answer.......... TOday consisted (walking wise) 1 long walk about 3 miles 1 quick walk just now and a few minutes on the walking machine..............11183 steps today but often its 2 evening walks. The walking machine is a must tho, to get my calorie burn i have to do it on walker, out with a stick just don't cut it..... I'm after a cross trainer now, i still need the support under my foot. But the air walker has been a god send. I guess i just set myself a target and don't stop till i reach it LOL SAD i know but it works for me x x x x x x
