b-1x ham sandwich and plain crisps water to drink
L- 3x fish fingers 2x spoons of mash peas fruit juice
d- Tesco living healthy ham and mushroom tagliatelle* water to drink
snack-2x oranges,1x plain crisps 1x sesame seeds snaps
good day worked today still smiling over the weight lose just worked out ive lost around 4 lbs so will change the profile next
long may the weight lose continue

ps re the pasta dish it was nice but only had this as it was on the reduced shelf from £2.89 to 29p !so I would have been a fool not to try it !

brunch-bacon and egg sandwich on brown bread coffee milk 1x spoon of half spoon sugar
l-2x oranges water to drink
D-1x 8oz steak pan fried 1x jacket spud with a bit of butter lime and water to drink
snack-2x plain crisps 1x slice of bun cake water to drink
have to say the steak was lovely!
need to put back into practise about not eating after 8pm ive noticed that the time is going into almost 9pm took my eye of the clock there!
so will try a little bit harder to do the right thing in the morning

my last meal is always 9pm due to meds but always just a light snacky thing nothing heavy maybe try and aim for that if you find you need to eat later
 
to be honest I really don't need to eat again after my evening meal its again a habit thing
I practiced this for months but like most things I do if I don't keep an eye on it my old habits kick in, i.e bigger plates, eating late , bigger portions
once I have the WLS im hoping that some of this issues would be helped and I can then work on making a better me

b-2x toasted tea cakes butter coffee milk 1x spoon of half spoon sugar
L-asda jerk chicken with rice water to drink
D-2x sausages and 2 potatoes mashed onion gravy water to drink
Snack- 2x small oranges 2x sesame seeds snaps 1x banana
had dinner early and felt good the sesame seeds snaps I really didn't need if im honest it was mindless eating
off to bed wish you all a good night

L-bbq lunch 1x piece of chicken 1x beef burger 1x sausage no rolls or baps didn't want them
D-2x marcel in pepper with 3 small boiled potatoes and home made salad 1x beer
snack- plums 2x custard creams 1x ripple chocolate bar
the bbq was ok I just didn't really fancy it and I just couldn't eat all that bread! in the past I would have eaten it all and had seconds!i even turned down a large wedge of birthday cake I still manage to shock myself!
a very good friend at work (she and my manager know of my plans re WLS)told me today she as noticed a change in me and I looked smaller around the belly area! I was beaming from ear to ear on hearing that told her of my latest weight lost and she was proper happy for me it means a lot to have her support
I cant quite see it for myself other than having more oompf and having to take my jeans in a little ijust don't see it soo much and im still wearing the same clothes(too scared to go into evans/yours pick up a size smaller and have it not fit me)and my other work mates have also not noticed or are too polite to ask
all in all a good day

Snack-plums 4x shortbread biscuits water
lunch was....yuck ! mostly eat the salad and it made me feel a tad ill so all I wanted tonight was the sandwich wanted something sweet so opted for the biscuits not had biscuits in months so that was a nice treat but if im honest at time of writing this I know I didn't really want/need it I should have just gone to bed
will try to do better in the morning

not feeling too great got a sore gritty throat wanting more chocolate as cough sweets are just too sweet for me and im sick of them!

feeling well rough really bad sore throat didn't even weight myself ! been trying to knock myself out with the booze so far not really working

D-1x small bowl of boiled rice and a portion of iceland`s chicken tikka bites more orange juice
snacks- 1x chocolate ripple cough sweets whiskey(by the bucket!)orange juice
feeling dog ruff the whiskey is doing nothing ,sick of the cough sweets so moved on to custard and cream sweets im expecting tom gain loads of weight nothing tastes of anything so im putting all kinds of stuff in my gob
im going to bed just to stop myself
hope tomorrow is a better day and I make more sense
 
Day 77
Brunch-scrambled eggs with 2 sausages 2x fresh tomatoes. Coffee milk 1x sugar
L- plums. Water
D- 30 x 1p size chicken popcorn water to drink
Snack - plums water cough sweets 1x chocolate ripple
Still got a cough but feel a little better ( whiskey is great!) will have a hot chocolate before going to bed got work in.the morning. This was not how I planned to spend the easter break!

feeling sorry for myself with this dry gritty cough keeping me up at night
cant face anymore cough sweets so brought some pear drops and gone on a liquid food intake as real food has no taste for me so just not worth it
"cure thyself" so will just plod along with the liquid intake to see if I can do it myself before seeing the gp
off to cough myself to sleep
