Slept for a few hours , there's nothing quite like your own bed is there ! My cat Alfie came onto the bed really gently and lay at my head purring and blinking slowly at me .. His purring was like a lullaby bless him , and every now and then he'd reached out a paw and touched my face .. Love my boy !
Just had painkillers as my headache is still banging away and the ports on my tummy are sore , the one between my boobs being the worse . Still feel as though I have a band around my chest and it's hard to get a good deep breath in ..
Even though they gave me 3 different things to stop me being sick afterwards I still dry retched , that wasn't a pleasant feeling ..
Trying to burp is another strange thing , I can feel air in the main part of my stomach but can't seem to jiggle it up through the band so I can burp it out !
Thought I would show you my scars , hope you have a good stomach

Morning Niccie !
Woke as I forgot to turn my work alarm off duhhhh ..
Everything from boobs up is sore this morning , neck , stiff , shoulders stiff etc , I assume that's the gas sitting there ? Slept very well , just upon waking I knew I had soreness but nothing major ..
Trying to shift wind in the lower stomach is hard work though . I just sat doing a hippy jig trying to swoosh it up lol .. But can't burp yet ! Other end is playing a tune though

Not being able to fasten my hideous Pavers boots, even though its velcro, because I can't reach down. Being the only one in my office unable to wear nice shoes because my knees and ankles hurt so much and I have Kankles! Everything I wear, being horrible fat clothes that look awful. Not being able to get through gaps when I go out anywhere and scanning the room for an easier route. Having to use a scrunchie on a stick to wash my bits because I can't reach to do it!! Feeling like I am becoming a burden to my loved ones, as I've become less able to do things. Avoiding photos at all costs, when I die my kids will forget what I looked like.

The fact that when your out for a meal and your food is bought out the waiter/waitress automatically thinks the biggest meal is for you. The when they ask if you would like pudding and you choose not to they still expect that you are having one and its the one with cream and the calorie loaded thing.

Had a very good day . Neck and shoulders feel very stiff as though I've pulled something .
Enjoying a very runny low fat Greek yogurt , knocked down with unsweetened almond milk and a spoon of complan powder . Delicious and ice cold .. Took me an hour to drink it as I didn't want to rush and get more wind !
Wish I could burp like a docker at this moment in time

I also had half a can of milked down weight watchers tomato soup with a spoon of Bovril , again delicious but drunk really slowly ..

Another day under my shrinking belt !

I did nothing but burp and hiccup for the first two days after surgery but not alot of bottom wind though lol.

Try and keep waliking around to get the air up x

Hahahaha the food one is so true, when I was big and someone offered me chocolate and I said no thanks, they'd automatically say, Oh on a diet are we? No I hate chocolate, yup a fatbird that hates chocolate! Now when I refuse chocolate I get, Oh thats why you're so slim!! Hahahaha what a complete turn around!

When your on your own in the car and go through a drive through to get a quick fix breakfast, ice cream, burger ect for family on the way home.....you can see in the eyes of the person serving you "yeah all for you, you fat cow" um no!

Getting in a new car, are you going to fit in, does the belt do up, does the stealing wheel dig into your legs and not move, does your rear end fit the molded seat or does it dig in, do you make the. Car lopsided with your weight, does your thighs spill out touching the hand break and gears......yes to all of the above!

We have a freelander so it's not a small car by any means
I have only just passed my driving test . Yeah I know ! 53 and only just passed , a little late for the party but I got there ! Anyway
I can't drive the damn car because I'm to fat . My thighs touch the wheel along with my belly so I don't feel in full control of the car ..
My arse touches the door when I'm in the passenger seat and makes a constant squeaking noise all the time the car is in motion ..
But now I know that each time I get in the car that squeak is going to get less and less until it is no more !

I used to shiver in the winter until the heating kicked in as the seatbelt was at full stretch and there wasnt a spare millimetre to allow for extra clothing, now there is so much slack in the belt my arm isn't long enough to pull the belt full out when I'm in the car!

Drinking is about as much as I'm too at the mo!! Hubby has microwaved my small cup of tea twice!!

Just done a bit of retail therapy and ordered myself a size 16 dress...currently a size 24!! Need something to shrink into!!! Csll me crackers but I love a challenge and it was a bargain!!

What are you allowed to have drink wise ? I was told by broker to stick to clear liquids , but the team at Spire told me I could drink milked down soup , same with Greek yogurt and put a small amount of protein powder in also
As long as it's very thin then I can drink it .
