Hey ClairWell done kezzy. I'm on day 11 of mine and I'm sick of milk and water, I really look forward to my bedtime Bovril for a new flavour lol
I'm in such an emotional state today. I am so scared of having to self inject morning of op & 2 weeks post op. Has anyone post op had to do this?

Hey Clair
I know how you feel im on the slim fast one ... im allowed 2 slim fast shakes 3 pots of yogurt and a portion of meat ,,
So I have a slim fast for breakfast and one for lunch , then for dinner after work I just have a small breast of chicken ... desert a no added sugar jelly and a yougurt ....
Im trying to drink the 2 litre of fluid extra but I feel like my teeth are floating lol x
Never heard about injections ... I hope not as i'm not good with needles
It's ok actually. I inject my lower stomach, they say away from belly button and any wounds. They will show you how in hospital, nurse did my first one, I took over from there x

I have to do my own first one as I have to do it morning of op before I go in. All I was told at my pre op appointment was stick it right in them push the plunger fully down. Was told I could do lower stomach or thighs.
It really is that easy ! You do get some bruising, and stings for a few seconds after, but just give the area a good rub after and I find that helps x x
