Well the soup went down ok, but I still feel a little sensitive. It's an odd sensation. However these things are a learning curve. I've got the dietician ringing tonight so I'll see what she says x
Ok, so far not much eaten but restriction feels spot on for day 1 while it may still be swollen.
So far:
Breakfast: 1/2 a mushy weetabix, 1% milk
Skinny cappuccino
Lunch: tried to have tomato soup and cup of tea at m&s but felt quite uncomfy so had to leave it. Maybe cos it had bits in it?
Small glass squash

Oh, and I meant to say took baby girl swimming this morning. Hate getting into that swimsuit! *shudder*

No gym again today but went sat sun mon tues so not beating myself up
Food today
1/2 avocado
Mixed salad
Chicken tikka on top
Ciabatta well chewed to mush in soup
Carrot and ginger soup
Neen, they stick between my boobs! Lol well it feels uncomfortable, I have to stand up or do a little burp which hurts too! I also feel as though I have a babies foot stuck under my left rib cage! But they do taste nice and keep me feeling full on very small portions so all good I think! xx
