Could be the bits in the soup yes, well done for stopping promptly though !

I haven't had a fill , just had some problems with pain and stress recently & it caused me sickness this week.
Seems a bit better today , I am just going steady x
 
Ok, so far not much eaten but restriction feels spot on for day 1 while it may still be swollen.

So far:

Breakfast: 1/2 a mushy weetabix, 1% milk
Skinny cappuccino
Lunch: tried to have tomato soup and cup of tea at m&s but felt quite uncomfy so had to leave it. Maybe cos it had bits in it?
Small glass squash

Sorry but I don't know your name, but didn't you have your op a couple of days ago? You might want to be careful going into a pool this early as you may get an infection. I was told to wait 6 weeks before going in. Sorry to sound like a nag (my hubby would say that I never miss an opportunity lol), but I would hate for you to get poorly or do some damage.

Daily food log

Breakfast - 1 cuppa tea
One nutritional Banana flavour nourishment drink 420g

Lunch - 1 carton of Ribena
One nutritional Chocolate flavour Nourishment drink 420g

Dinner 1 Carton of Ribena
One Ladle of Bolonaise mince with gravy ( Nom Nom)

2 cups of tea and 2 pints of water
 
Neen, they stick between my boobs! Lol well it feels uncomfortable, I have to stand up or do a little burp which hurts too! I also feel as though I have a babies foot stuck under my left rib cage! But they do taste nice and keep me feeling full on very small portions so all good I think! ;) xx
 
No gym again today but went sat sun mon tues so not beating myself up

Food today

1/2 avocado
Mixed salad
Chicken tikka on top

Ciabatta well chewed to mush in soup
Carrot and ginger soup

Even though I am 8 months out almost I still eat off a small teaspoon, this helps me to not overdo things and limits how much I can put in my mouth. hth

Breakfast - bacon (all fat trimmed off), one egg, one crispbake
Lunch - ham (lean, thinly sliced), apple, half a wholemeal pita bread
Tea - lamb (all fat trimmed off), roasted veg (done with 1 cal spray)
Snack - chocolate mousse, milk drink

Ooh - and 1.5 litres of water and managed a huge 77 gms protein (I'm so proud of myself :) )

lol! No probs. No, I had my op Dec 08 so yonks ago.

2 x cups tea,
2 x coffees
1 & half ltrs sf juice
half small banana
1 x small apple
special K x 25g + 50g s/s milk
1 x ryvita with philly light

and small cereal bowl half filled with chilli con carne and rice - DISASTER!!!! not good given me pain in middle of chest and still hurting 4 hours later. Lesson learned!
