Thanks Toffee xx Yeah I have been really stressed about various things xxx
I think I'm eating too little daily and not moving enough, then eating too much on weekends.
I might have to go to 1200 a day weekdays, do the hours walk and on the weekend sort of not over 1600 or something.
I think I reset a bit low, it's hard in the holidays though

Hmmm... Food. I see what you mean. I like your principle of being sensible during week and letting up on weekends some as it's what I used to do when in weight watchers and it did work. I suppose in ww though my points would have equated to at least 1300 cals during week and up to 2000 on weekends.

Its all a bit of a balancing act isn't it? Even when you think you've cracked it something shifts and you have to readjust. Would be so much easier if we were drug or alcohol addicts and could just kick the habit completely without having to use our addiction every single day for survival!

I think it's also facing up to the fact that I can't get away with such indulgent weekends as I could when I was a lot heavier!!
I just have to get some exercise in regularly really..plus I am near a new lowest weight and I always get a bit wishy washy, whether it's the unknown territory thing or fear of failing I don't know.
My body is probably holding on to the weight more too as I have done this pattern all last year.
I will plod on though! With a couple tweaks thrown in.
When the boys go back to school I can concentrate a bit better

Breakfast 20g x Special K with plain yogurt, 2 x clementines.

snack - apple

lunch - wrap with slice salmon, cue, tomato, mayo light

snack - small banana

tea - chicken pasta - tiny amount about a third of a small bowl, with roasted peppers, mushrooms and onion.


Drinks - 2 x teas, 2 x coffees, 1 x horlicks and s/f juice

Neen - You have an awful lot on your plate, with the boys as well as this place.

Take it easy hun x Things will work out as you say, sometimes a tweak here or there can make all the difference.

Hope it sorts itself out for you - I know what you mean about getting to a new low on your weight. Its like unknown territory, and in the past its seems to of made me have a brain malfunction, whereby I press the self-destruct button.....but I`m determined not to go there this time!

Stay strong Neen - we know you can do this - if you manage to beat your demons through this school holidays, then your laughing hun x

Hopefully I can get back on track tomorrow, I think I am deep down expecting to stay the same or gain a pound back...I wish I didn't get that lemming diving off a cliff mindset!!
But you are right, just have to keep going and try not to let one wobbly day turn into three or four as I would normally do.
Back on the wagon tomorrow
It's funny, I have eaten more today than I do most weekdays but still a lot lot less than what I would have normally pre-band.
The boys press my buttons but they can't really help it! I just have to adapt how I react to them because they can't change how they are x
 
Hello everyone - just a quickie from me to say that I've managed to stay on track again today - hovering around the 1150 mark calorie wise, no exercise though :(
Got a headache, sore throat and generally bushed so am off for an early night.
Neen, sorry to hear you're a bit out of sorts love, hope you're back to your usual self soon :) Remember we're here for you as much as you are for us!

I'm dreading when my girl is old enough to judge me on what i eat!

Taking small steps daily in what we eat and our activity all counts to the good xxx
I'm fine hun , just a bit awol today but not going to let it steer me off course for ages like it would have before. Thanks to all of you it's a lot easier to pick up and dust off and get back to it xx

Felt very tired today - Oscar only had half his normal walk, I just needed to get home and lie down. Not been sleeping too well, hard working on 4 hours sleep. Perhaps I`ll have an early night.

Meal log for Friday 15/4/11

Breakfast - yogurt, 20g Special K

snack - 2 x clementines

Lunch - 2 x egg omelette with ham and cheese

Tea - slice of ham with mixed veg stir-fry.
s/f jelly with sliced banana

drinks - 2 x teas, 1 x coffee, s/f juice throughout day.

W - 1 X 500ml
E - 20 min walk & housework
