Banders Daily Diet and Exercise Log

B: few sips of soup and milkshake
l: chicken soup
d: activia yoghurt

no excercise at all. i can bearly walk. is this normal?
 
Been doing lots of walking today around the farm experience place.

B - Fruit tube & 1/4 tin of soup
L - half tin of soup
D - mushroom soup
W - 2X500ML
E - About 3 miles

Getting fed up now of soup and nearly had a jacket spud at the farm, but resisted.
Really need some new tastes as my tongue is still furry from liquids.

Going to make a fish pie tomorrow and try mushy stage.
 
Oooh its a bit quite on this thread today, which means everybody must be out enjoying the sun.

B - Half a fruit tube
L - 1/4 Fish pie
D - 1/2 Jacket spud (no skin) with butter and cheese
W - Not much at all
E - Walking around the local park

First day on mushies and its been WONDERFUL!
Taken it really slow and left 2 minutes at least between bites. Absolutely thirsty now so counting until 30 minutes has passed.

1 weetabix with skimmed milk and a sprinkle if splenda
egg and cheese omelette
Tonight I am going to have a home made soup I made it yesterday, its chicken, lambs neck, packet soup, vegetables and yam - (a variation of Saturday soup for any Jamaicans out there!)


My last few days on puree were hell. I am dreading having another fill because if I have to face another tin of soup it will go through a window. Four weeks out from my last fill and I know I am going to need another one because the restriction is not as good and it is down to will power, which is ok if everything else is on an even keel but not so good when you are juggling so much as I am.

Evening all!

Had a bit of a big night out last night so probably consumed about 18million cals through alcohol.
It was great though that the night out didn't end with chips or toast etc despite my friends buying them. I just didn't want it! The battered sausage my friend got was ridiculously huge. I'll pop a pic on when I work out how to on the iPad. It's hilarious.

Today

B - fried egg, 2/3 bread and butter slice (you've just gotta the morning after the night before)
L - star bucks mango and passion fruit blended frozen tea drink
D - nearly 2 salmon fishcakes and little bit of veg

Snacks, 2 prawn crackers, rice krispie bar, 3 mini quorn sausages.

Hi Jo - How are you since your fill? You seem to be getting on fine, hope all is ok x

Tranquil - Hope you can last with the willpower, its a shame to have the fill and then restart the whole diet thing again. If I remember right you were on liquids and soft foods far longer than most! I really feel for you hun x

Thanks Kat - with everything else it really undid me this week - but I feel back in control again. Made me realise my head demons around food have not disappeared as I thought - it was a very timely reminder.

Sun 17.4.11

Breakfast - Scrambled x 1 egg + dot of milk

Lunch - yogurt, 2 x satsumas, babybel light cheese


Tea - Slice of roast beef finely chopped. sprout x 2, broccolli, peas and carrots, half parsnip, half roastie, gravy

Drinks - 2 x teas, 1 x coffee, water and s/f juice. May have another coffee in a little while.

Did`nt record yesterdays food - ashamed to say I was BAD!

Today I have got back on track and tried not to go over the top foodwise....decided to cut out todays snacks.

Tomorrow back to normal - followed by the gym!

whats a bad bander day?? if u dont wana say thats understandable...but when ur bad how bad can u be iykwim?
 
Hi Magic - starting off ok with breakfast....then deteriorating fast...had it in my head that I was still hungry...and kept eating....and eating...and nibbling...and felt sick...and bloated....and embarressed...and could of kicked myself...and would have if my foot would of reached my arse!

lolz KK!! so basically a bad bander day is not listening to the band.

i think we are all gonna have such days...ur overall loss is what matters and its defo very impressive!!
