Cheers hun x It's going great in that I LOVE the food and I am now in ketosis.. I feel well in myself , just not sure what weight is doing. I have been around the same weight ish for a long time with calorie counting and general inconsistancy so I am not expecting to suddenly start losing ...my poor body is giddy with all the nonsense I've put it through and will need time to adjust to my new (hopefully permanent) eating style....you never know though, might get a pleasant suprise xxx
Thanks for asking! Sorry for the waffley reply!!
Hey Neen, glad things are going well on Atkins, i must admit i really liked it when i did it too. Couldn't quite believe i could indulge steak with grilled holoumi cheese, and loads of egg mayo. I never stuck it out long enough to see noticeable results but i was like that with most diets!
It makes me wonder what path i should follow once i am back on proper solid foods. Part of me just wants to forget about following a diet plan and eat what i like just in much smaller quantities, but i also know that things like too much sugar and wheat i find incredibly addictive and i can imagine that it would be easy to cheat on these.
I had limited succces with calorie counting but it drives me obsessive.
Anyway, that was my turn to waffle....just thinking out loud really
Today, my DH works on a saturday so i took my 3 young kiddies to a school fete where they could run around and bounce on bouncy castles til their hearts content, at least walking about was slow paced for me but glad that i am moving about.
Breakfast: Muller Amoir Strawberry yoghurt (addicted to these, they are super high in calories but at this stage i am not too worried as my body probably needs the calories)
Lunch: 1/2 bowl of Soup, 1 options drink
Dinner: Probably either soup or some greek yoghurt with honey.
Water: 500ml....need to do better
