Me today
Choc mint protein shake (added sugarfree peppermint paddy syrup to choc powder)

Shared an omlette with Dean ( spring onion & chopped mushrooms in the egg, ham and a little grated cheese inside)


lettuce, cherry toms, spring onions, sliced cold pork, ham, tablespoon of low carb chunky coleslaw, bit of grated cheddar, splodge mayo

Munchie today after tea (just wanted something sweet- habit not necessity!!)
Perlege choc sugarfree wafer (YUM- bit like a taxi bar)
2 russell stover net carb truffle cups (Also really yummy - 0.2g per cup)

Treadmill 25mins (bit rubbish!!) 1.67km

Atkins caramel nut roll bar

Today's intake:

Actimel
1 black coffee with splenda sweetners
water - 50 cl which is good for me
2 egg and 2 babybel light omelette
2 bananas - Mr TB forgot to do my salad so that was lunch:rolleyes: - was late and didn't have time to do one. Bananas were the first thing I could put my hands on on the fridge
Will be having some more of the soup I had yesterday but I am in a lot of pain so not sure how it will go down.

No exercise due to pain.

Today:
B - oatso, 200, little fruit bag
L- ww fish pie, 225, tbsp ww cheese spread, 4 olives
12 haribo sweets
S - harvest chewee, 92
D - 7 quorn meatballs, pasta, tomato sauce, sprinkle of cheese, 1 bit garlic bread, 1/3 crunchie

Hmmmm....seems a lot doesn't it? Felt considerably hungry today though. Xx
 
Honey nut shreddies with skimmed milk for breakfast.
Feta salad with tzataski for lunch
2 boiled eggs with one slice of toast for dinner.
 
I keep forgetting about this!

Yesterday

Breakfast - melon and grapes which I picked at for a good few hours, my boss told me to hurry up and eat it! lol

Lunch- beetroot, onion, gherkin, dill, sweetcorn, pepper and a dessert spoon of tuna (all in a small cereal bowl)

Tea - salmon, spinach and lemon fish cake with peas and broad beans

Extras - 1 banana, 1 pear, 2 cheese snack a jacks (large ones 38 cals each)

Water and tea with skimmed.

Today so far:

Breakfast - banana and pear, upset stomach then lasted all morning!

Lunch - from our canteen, a small portion (take away jacket potato container sized) leek and whole grain mustard crumble on bed of mash with a roasted red pepper sauce OMG it is sooooo lush and just what I needed after this morning.

Tea with skimmed and lots of water to get rid of the nasties!
 
last week i was bearly hungry...this week am hungrier:

today:

1 weetabix with milk 125kcal
1 party ring 40kcal
protein shake 150kcal
slim fast 270kcal

total so far = 585kcal

add protein shake and dinner and just over 1000kcal today i reckon....jeepers!

Lunch.......poached egg and beans on toast, yoghurt
snack.......orange lolly
Tea..........2slices of WW pizza and salad, yoghurt
Was 1 slice of pizza but piggy Karen took over my brain and made me eat another slice!

33 mins aerobic exercises on wii fit plus

brunch: Half a large omlette (lean bacon, spring onion, sliced mushroom chopped up and fried ...then added egg and mixed all together, set and filled with a bit of grated cheddar)

water and black unsweetened coffee as usual

2 small 100% steak burgers, 2 small finest chipolatas, broccoli, tiny bit grated cheese, squish mayo


made up a pint of orange sugar free jelly with half pint of water and half pint diet orangina to share with Dean later after tea x

Jelly was gorgeous and took ages to eat !

Found some time to update for the first time in ages...

Yesterday.
B - 2 small biscuits and coffee
L - Homemade soup with small bread roll
D - Chicken & small jacket with beetroot
S - 2 small biscuits and coffee and packet of crisps
W - Zero but loads of coffee
E - Zero

Todays plan (hopefully back to normal)
B - Cup of tea and 1 weetabix with ss milk
L - Soup
D - Chicken breast & veggies
S - Yoghurt
W - 1000ml
E - Lots Walking in work & housework
 
Garden work first thing

Omlette with spring onion, torn up corned beef slices, (mixed in well with the egg very nice) sprinkly cheese in the middle

Mowed lawns - lovely down here today! Looks like I have a ton of digging to do though tomorrow !

babybel

I made lemon and lime sugar free jelly for later with 1/2 water and 1/2 diet lemon & lime fizzy! Should be lovely and refreshing :)

Jelly as above, yummy!

Mmmm I forgot about fizzy jelly, I used to do that years ago! I will have to get some lemonade. My boys will be pleased, we haven't had pop in the house since my band.
 
My band is playing me right up today, is this normal?
Breakfast...shredded wheat
Lunch.......lunch was in a cafe, tried to eat panini and salad. I had about 3 or 4 bites when the dreaded heartburn started, then followed 1 hour of chestpain hiccups and being sick. :(
A bit later I tried to eat again and the same thing happened....bloody nightmare!
Tea.........veg, quorn sausages and mash and it beeping well happened AGAIN! Another hour of hanging over the loo trying to be sick to ease the pain.
Snack...fab lolly..no problems

The last few days I haven't had any bad reactions and have been ravenous all day, all restriction had disapeared. And then today it feels like I've had a huge fill.
What is going on?
