Well you know something I am afraid to eat my evening meal. I just about kept lunch down which is just as well as I was at work. I am home but dreading trying to eat anything after last nights PB'ing. This is so stupid. I think I will ask for a de fill.

Today's intake so far

Actimel
1 cup of black coffee with splenda sweeteners
tuna mayo with a green salad
water - about a quarter of a litre
I have done a beef stew in the slow cooker, beef, green beans, kidney beans, chilli flakes, garlic, onions, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, gravy granules to thicken - it smells lovely but I really do not feel like trying it. Mr TB had a tooth extracted today and has no appetite so I have done him soup. I think I will be freezing the stew.

Exercise - lots of walking to meetings.

Something is happening - a skirt I wore a skirt today I bought from Ann Harvey in May which I haven't worn for a while and it was loose. Good - but the fact I am developing this feeling of not being able to eat is not good.

Last night I did eat my stew and no vomitting - hurrah. I think I have turned the corner:fingerscrossed:

Today's intake:

Actimel
1 cup of black coffee with splenda sweeteners
fish sticks with a green salad drizzle of mayo and sprinkle of sweet chilli dipping sauce
1/2 litre of nas squash
I am going to try bit more of the beef stew later and hope it stays put:D. Still trying to up my fluids. Need more effort on that front.

Exercise - 1 mile on my bike. My bike handle bars have come loose and a nice man in the park helped to straighten them for me when I was in the park early this morning. I was a bit worried when he first approached me. I noticed that the bike was not as it should be and could not figure out why. I spent 5 minutes looking at it and he must have spotted me trying to sort it out. When he first came up my immediate thought was that I was going to get mugged and my bike stolen. Then I noticed he had two dogs with him so it might have been difficult for him to steal my bike and make an escape with two dogs in tow:D. I was very grateful to him and he told me what I needed to do to sort it out - I could ride it but to be careful. After going round the park once I decided not to push my luck. The bike shop I got it from said they were short staffed and I would have to ring next week to book it in. I was not impressed:rolleyes:. It only needs to be tightened so I am going to pop into Halfords on the way home from work and buy a toolkit. Might get a little computer to log my miles as well:D. I love my bike:).

Sorry for the ramble.

TB. I'm so pleased you're enjoying the. Cycling. If bike just needs tightening take it in to Halfords they'll do it there and then for you more than likely they're good like that. Xxx

B: 3 tspn weetabix
1 aptimel, 3/4 bar of wispa (trying to get some calories in me)
L: 1 pot mousse 1/2 pot jelly
D: sml jacket pot with cheese and 1 tblspn prawn cocktail

I feel like I'm starting to get somewhere with my eating today thankfully. My work shirt is huge on me, last week it was tight and I'm not happy losing that much weight so quickly.

Today's intake:

Actimel
1 cup of black coffee with splenda sweeteners
1/2 litre nas squash
little bit of plain water
2 small pieces of chicken and cucumber raita - ate about half and was sick:(
home made fish pie with mushy peas and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce - I literally halved the amount I would eat prior to my last band fill - half of a small bowl and ate it very slowly. It was very moist and stayed down:D and I still feel full.

No exercise other than a trip to Halfords and then to Asda. I now have a new bell for my bike, a toolkit that should cover any little jobs that need doing and a wireless computer to measure distance travelled, speed etc - a little excessive I know but I felt the need to treat myself;). When I get home from work tomorrow I will fix the little bits and pieces and go for a ride round the park to make sure everything is ok ready for the big bike ride with my sisters on Saturday. I have not seen them for about a month maybe more, so it will be interesting to see if they think I have shrunk a little since they last saw me:).

Oooh TB looks like you might have to avoid chicken, at least for a bit longer anyway!

I love fish pie and as you know sweet chilli sauce too - yum!

Sounds like you are all geared up for your bike ride on Saturday.

Lunch - jacket pot with sweet and sour veg, ate all of it and was hungry an hour later - SLIDER ALERT!!!!!

Tea - quorn pieces, onion, baby corn, mange tout, bean sprouts and water chestnuts cooked with garlic, soy and sweet chilli sauce.

I love that - slider alert - a good term to remember for the future.

Love the sound of that tea you cooked. I really must try quorn now that chicken is no longer my friend:wave_cry:.

Oh yes, give quorn a try TB just dont over cook it. It doesnt need anywhere near as long to cook as chicken x

Thanks for that tip Mazza.

Today was a bad day stress wise so I listened to my band and did not push things. No vomiting today - hurrah.

Actimel
2 black coffees with splenda sweeteners (one of those was my lunch)
a little water
home made fish pie with mushy peas and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce (I had deep fears given how tight my band was that it would not stay down but I had the same amount as last night and again ate it very slowly - it was lovely and I am feeling full)

My fluid intake today has been dreadful and that was because I was in the office and in and out of meetings all day. I was stressed and my band has been tight all day. I am feeling like I am losing inches. I wore a suit and blouse that I had not worn for a while today and they really felt big on me. Time to track down that suit I have been trying to find for months and hang it up - I do not think I will fit in it just yet but maybe by the time I go off for my hols in November I will. I seem to have lost weight on my feet as my shoes keep slipping off as I walk. I need to go and try some new shoes and see if I have gone down a size or if its just my imagination. This band fill has been a revelation. If I listen to my band I think I can avoid the throwing up.

Exercise - lots of walking to and from meetings.

Yumm TB, fish pie AND mushy peas sounds lovely! with sweet chilli sauce of course :)

I have been off work today, first day of school hols! bit of a later start to the day so a different eating pattern :D

Breakfast (at 11.30) - 2 quorn sausages, one fried egg (1 cal frylight stuff) and some chopped tomatos. Ate the lot but slowly!

Luch - wholewheat banana muffin

Tea - a pick and mix of chopped up cold quorn sausage, cucumber batons, cherry toms, bit of seriously strong spread and some melba toast.

Sounds lovely Mazza. My evening meal was very tasty and I am so happy it is staying down. Just have to make sure my eyes are not bigger than my belly and do not over do it with the portion sizes. Your meals today sound lovely. I have not tried eggs since my last fill - may try an omelette tomorrow.

tranquil x

Thanks TB, be careful with eggs though not many can manage them with really good restriction. I'm lucky I suppose as I'm fine with them - an omelette would be a good choice for the first try since your fill I think x

Thanks Mazza. Band is tight again today so may try the omelette another time. I have been lucky with eggs up until now but with the restriction I have now I may not be so lucky!

Oh dear Julie. Hope you feel better soon:hug99:

Actimel
1 cup of black coffee with splenda sweeteners
Enough water to take my meds ( I know bad)
Mazo crackers with two small pots of humus ( very tasty - was careful with the crackers as they did not stay down last time I had them)
Grilled pork chop, peas and broccoli, gravy and a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce (I cut the meat up into very small pieces and the gravy helped)

Feeling very full - but so far it has stayed down
