Banders Daily Diet and Exercise Log

B: 2 tspns weetabix

2 coffees

L: 1 heaped tblspn baked beans with melted cheese

1/2 coffee, glass of cordial.

With me having so little to eat over the last 10 days I'd started grazing throughout the day (to get some calories inside), so I've made myself stop before it turns into a habit, but I must admit I'm hungry now so will have a little something after a drink.

Had a kiddie sized bowl with cheese, raisins and cashew nuts for a snack, boy it was good!

D: 2tblspns homemade chilli (made with loads of veg) and 1/2 a pitta bread, it was lush

Walked up to the park.

Today's intake:


Actimel
1 cup of black coffee with splenda sweeteners
2 pints nas squash (yes you read that right:D)
1/4 litre of water
Mr TB fancied a west indian dish so we had oxtail with butter beans (done in the slow cooker with beef stock and gravy granules to thicken),rice and peas ( made with brown basmati rice, kidney beans, creamed coconut, thyme,spring onion), served with cabbage and onions (shredded with mixed herbs and boiled) - it was lovely and I am still stuffed.

The additional fluid intake seemed to satisfy me so I did not want food plus it was hot. The meal made up for it but I did not overdo it. I do not have rice often now - whereas before I would have it most days. It makes a nice change.

Exercise - 2.4 miles on my bike around the park (measured on my little on-board computer:D)

think I'm gonna go for it today food wise, have a real go at not being slack, now I'm off I have the time to make the healthier choices. Need to kick start myself again.

Restrictions been a real bugger today, had a bout of acid ( thankfully got some rennies) also sickness & diarrhea as well. Just got over the bl**dy flu last week.... :-(

Evening all!

I'm rejoining this thread to hopefully keep me on the straight and narrow now that I've had another fill. Today I'm on liquids only so I've had a Slimfast(lemon meringue-yummy), cup-a-soup, milky coffee and a Thai Chicken soup, plus water and nas squash.
 
My mission this week is to cut down on carbs (apart from breakfast cereal):

B: Fruit n fibre made with yoghurt
L: went out for lunch, chose bacon and prawn chowder (didn't eat the potatoes yay me!)
D: chickpea, chorizo and chicken bake

F: 1 coffee, 2 latte, apple juice, lots of cordial and a hot chocolate

L - Small Jacket potato with beans ( ate about 70% of it) No skin
D - Weight Watchers Sweet & Sour Chicken & Rice ( ate the Chicken only)

As a guess I'd say around 1000 cals.

Apart from walking through Greenwich to get to a client meeting, no other exercise :(

At last feel able to post intake after a bad bout of not keeping anything down. Touch wood the pouch is settling:

There is more than enough for tomorrow - with Mr TB's poor appetite at the moment and my restriction food is going a lot further.

I have not been out on my bike for a few days because I have felt so poorly in the mornings. Going to try and go in the morning before I go into work.
