CC it does sound very tight, are you stressed or is it tom at all, as that tightens it too. Neens idea to pop back on liquids and sip is great, rest it another day or two if your team aren't there over the weekend, then call Monday if you're no better. xxx
I know what you mean about drinking mind I'm a glugger and it's a really difficult thing to sip drinks instead of downing a pint glass of water. We go on so many learning curves with the band it amazes me.
I've put my scales away now till the move on Monday.
I will only have phone access for a few weeks until I can sort out internet connection at the new place.
When I return I will be cycling to work!!!
I aim to start having an evening soak to replace my habitual evening eating (and ease my poor aching cycled out muscles)
I hope to have a date for my hopefully last fill and I hope to see lots of positive posts to catch up on.
