im feeling quite positive since the band fill.
ive now got 6mls in, and i did the first 2 days liquid no problems..they flew by.
yesterday i had porridge, celery & carrot batons & hummous for lunch, then i did stuffed (with stir fried veg) mushrooms & peppers last night as we had richards sister over & shes a veggie. i had about 1/4 of a portobello mushroom & felt like id had about 3 of them. didnt even touch the pepper.
today ive had porridge again, then i did haddock & cous cous for lunch/dinner about 3pm. i had 3 fork fulls of haddock & was full. so i chucked the rest.
i had 2 chunks of watermelon (and strangly i felt full again...even though it amounts to nothing).
ive not felt hungry once..hopefully it'll stay like this when its died down a bit
