I have built up to an hours brisk walk a day on the treadmill before now and I am sure I can again. It's just making a start.
Are you able to get a treadmill and maybe break it up into 20 minutes , 3 times a day?
I know doing exercise like that is really effective, doesn't have to be all out crazy , just consistant.
I would love to do Zumba but no way would I go to a class till I was nearly at goal.
I used to love dancing but since I got to my heaviest , I lost my coordination
I hope that I can get in a few dancey type workouts at some point. I have the full set of core rhythms workouts amongst quite a few others I have collected and that is similar to Zumba.
It's the first few days of getting into an exercise regime that I find hard. Specially when it's cold...just wanna curl into a ball on the sofa!!
We're going to get going though this week right?
Even walking on the spot waving a couple tins of beans around for 10 minutes is something most of us can promise to do to start with!
