just read about everyone getting new clothes & coats. I'm just working down thru the sizes in my wardrobe but had a huge clear out at the weekend of things that are now way too big for me. my cupboards are nearly empty.......

Amanda, a delicate question but how's your "movements" now. i hope things are far better.

weigh day tomorrow, fingers crossed i'll go below 21st so my aim of being below 20st for the new year will still be a possibility

b - 1/2 slimfast mixed with 1/2 scoop whey powder
l - 50g light cottage cheese, 60g pulled ham
d - 75g pulled ham salad
s - 1 slice light leerdama cheese :D


Hi everyone.. I am hoping I won't have any more problems bowel movement wise dinnoo thanks.. I have upped my fruit & fibre and take my laxatives and prune juice faithfully so hopefully I will go this week without so much trouble.. Thanks for asking.. Had my first B12 shot since surgery yesterday, so am hoping that will perk me up a little as feeling very tired just lately..

B 100mls Skim Milk & 100gms pineapple
L 170gms Sirloin steak & 100gms Brussel sprouts
D 2 x Sesame ryvitas slice beef & 30gms L/F philly
S 80gms Strawberries
S half slice toast & 10gms streamline reduced sugar Jam

Protein 60gms - Cals 620 - Carbs 37 -Fat 13
Drinks - 1.5 litres NAS - 50ml prune juice - cup black coffee - 3 cups green tea
 
Was just reading the comments about ebay, and thought what a brilliant idea!! I bought a very expensive full length leather coat last year in a size 22 and now it just hangs on me, so am going to put that on ebay to start with. I have tons of clothes from size 24 down to 18 that are now too big so maybe I can do what bellydancer did and start selling them for some cash to put towards some smaller stuff...
 
Well I have been a greedy girl today I have had my flu jab in one arm and B12 in the other, oh what a start to the day. Glutton for punishment I think xx
 
Wow Chrisa a true double-whammy! You poor thing - but the Vit B12 in particular should lift your mood and make you feel more energetic x

Breakfast - Slice of toast with ww tomato and herb tuna.
Lunch - Lean pork and vegetable casserole.
Dinner - Same as luch.
Snack - 2 mini babybel lights and 1 ginger biscuit.

Lunch - half fat cheese and crackers
Dinner - medium sized mushroom stuffed with Veg and grilled chicken fillet with Philadelphia extra light on top.
Snack - grapes.
 
Breakfast - three melba with lf Philly n grapes
Lunch - cuecumber with lf Philly n two slices ham
Dinner - wrap with minced beef, onions and mixed beans with dollop fage (elijah cooked to cheer me up)

I know what you mean about stress Chrisa.

Feel like everything getting on top of me. In last month Ive had the move up here, caring for o/h has her health not too good, my mother seems to be getting worse also and on top of that I am feeling exhausted all the time (normally after b12 injection I am full of beans) and feel hungry a lot too. Off for weigh in in a min , hope Ive lost
 
It seems like people are going through a lot of stress at the moment. Hope everyone is looking out for themselves. My friend said to me yesterday that taking care of your mental health is as important as looking after my physical body or it will become to hard to do either. I thought she is very right, so if it's possible I think it's important to make a little time for yourself to rest your mind. I know it's not always possible though. Life tends to get in the way! Hope things get less stressful for us all soon.

My menu plans for today -

Breakfast - Pineapple.
Lunch - Dairylea ritz dunker.
Dinner - Chicken in a sauce of skimmed milk, fat free yoghurt and tikka curry powder served with some veg.
Snack - grapes.

I forgot to say yesterday I lost 4lb this week. Obviously over the moon about that :) Have a good day everyone x
 
Well that was a surprise. 4lb loss. Another 2 and ill have lost 8 stone
 
WEll done Shelley and Retfordmag 4lbs each and I lost 4 lbs last week seems to be the magic number at moment.

Take it easy moving home is exhausting w ehaev been helping my daughter shift her stuff and then all this crap with work just wiped me out really, its our wls meet at darlington tomorrow shame you couldnt make it xx

Hiya everyone, hope your all well. Haven't posted here for a while, as I'm really struggling to eat because I don't fancy anything. Trying my best to stick to the rules, but it's hard when I have to force myself to eat and it turns me. Anyway, enough wingeing and I hope you all have a lovely weekend :)

L - Chicken and salad.
T - 400g tin of scotch broth.
S - 6 grapes, petit filous mousse.

Tea x 2, coffee, NAS squash, water.
