Today's menu -

B - Slice of toast.

D - Dad took me out for dinner so went to Frankie and Benny's and had the Oceana spaghetti from their lighter options menu. It was spaghetti in a tomato based sauce with king prawns and clams served with salad. I didn't have much of the spaghetti as there were enough clams and prawns to fill me and my dad didn't mind finishing off the rest.

Tea, water and Clementine juice. Have a nice weekend everyone x

Thanks. I buy it from Tesco, I love it. I do water it down, I have a small glass, half water, half juice. It's got a really nice flavour and it's not made from concentrate :) x

Well the night out at our local was brill we all dressed as Santa and took food, we had crimbo bingo which is a game we invented our selves which is just picture lotto cards with christmas pics on and counters to cover them up as they are drawn out of a bowl. We sing christmas songs as thye come out only the first line though, we paid 20p each card so each game we got bout 2.60 if you won, what a laugh then we had kareoke and secret santa I got shortbread festive shapes. Wow sounds a fab night out. Have a great weekend. I'm struggling with a small slice of Nimble toast today!! Never ate much yesterday at all. I am still never hungry. Seeing dietician next week coz weight loss stopped again boo hoo. 13 stones 12lbs & stuck. Wanted to get to 13 & 1/2 by chrimbo. But hey loving the new clothes & went out last night too & had to fight them off with sticks. Biiiig ego boost so watch out other half if you keep neglecting me ...... LOL

Good luck BD, hope you can get things moving again. I'm not expecting a big loss this week, if anything. Last time I lost a big number I stalled for a few weeks.

My menu plan's for today -
Breakfast - Mini babylight and grapes.
Lunch - Ham and tomato wrap, using a large lettuce leaf as the wrap.
Dinner - Jamaican jerk chicken and stir fried veg.
Snack - might have more grapes.

I recommend going see Rise of the guardians. Even if you haven't got a kid to take. My dad and I watched it last night and we both were laughing and tearing up throughout (I get my sentimental side from him lol). It's magical. Happy, sad and full of that feeling you had as a child before things got hard, old and real. I mean Father Christmas covered in tattoo's and a boomerang throwing Easter bunny, what's not to love? Happy Saturday everyone :) x
