B: boiled egg, protein shake
L: thick chicken and bean soup
D: turkey steak, cauliflower and broccoli
 
Nobody been on this thread since March! Used to be so active :(.

B: 2 egg mushroom and cheese omelette.
S: 30g all bran and probiotic yogurt.
L: Sweet potato, spinach and chickpea curry with 2 spoons greek yogurt.
S: Small apple 30g cheddar.
D: Homemade chicken strips with salad.
P: 100G cherries.
 
My eating shocking these days

B: naff all
L: half a finger roll with a bit of cheese and 2 slices of turkey in it. Pack of crisps
S: another ruddy bag of crisps
D: spag bol which will be 2 spoons of the meat with about 6 pasta shells
S: no doubt something stupid

Ive mainly been living on watercress and cold chicken this past week - Im now following slimming world.
Shall I do a daily food log, or will it be considerably boring for everyone??

My head issues are causing physical symptoms like the big blistery rash all over the palms of my hands so i just wanna mope and wallow. Got my first councelling appointment next month so maybe that will help give me a kick up the jacksee

B: Apple and cherry porridge and white coffee from McDs.
L: Chicken goujons and blue cheese salad.
S: 100g Cherries. Nectarine.
D: Chicken a la fungi with spaghetti.
P: 2 blocks 80% chocolate.

Went for a 2 mile walk then a 1.5 mile run last night am trying to put the effort in
