Protein low today, but felt nauseous most of evening, hence muesli dinner. All I could face.

I diarised this binge. I was very sick after, vomitting etc even though not a lot of volume it was a lot of sugar.

Yesterday I had a couple of big handfuls of mixed nuts late on. Needed to take meds. Didn't weigh, probably added 300 cals or so to my totals.
