Should you be having bagels this early on?

Yeah I can have anything from 6 weeks, dietician said nothing is off the menu :) I can't tolerate bread unless its toasted anyway. I don't see the problem in having 1/4 of a bagel for my breakfast. Don't have time for much else :) xx

Hahahaha!! That made me chuckle! You'll get there hun! Few small bites and I'm done but it makes me feel alot more "normal" than when I was on your stage! Why week are u on now? Xx

The talk of fish fingers has made me go out and buy some! Didn't think of those! Mmm can't wait for dinner tonight with baked beans :)

I've used pork fillet (and also cut away any visible fat) in slow cooker.
Cut the fillet in small bite size pieces, rubbed them with herbs and spices (any you like) and salt and pepper and cooked it in beer (normal lager will do).
I followed a recipe I found on the web.
Did not add much salt at the beginning 'cause I was afraid of meat getting hard during cooking.
 
7 weeks post op

B - 1 MyProtein shake + 200ml milk
S - 60g. deli style roasted turkey breast
L - 50g. hamburger (no bun, no sauce) + 30g. potato
D - 50g baked veggie frittata + 2 mini bites homemade protein ice cream

1900ml water (getting better)
 
B- Dry fried egg and beans
L- BBQ chicken stick and mini cheese block
D- M & S Chicken and pasta pot (few fork fulls)
S- May have a little bananna soon!

Cheeky weigh-in this morning, another 2lb- 4st9lb now! whoppy!!!!!
 
B: 1 boiled egg mashed in a cup with 1 crispbread

S: 1 banana

L: tuna mashed with low fat mayo and mixed seeds

D: 2tbsp Lamb rogan josh and 1 popadom from takeaway with family.....they ate the rest! Lol

2lt water, loads of tea with skimmed milk, 2 glasses of skimmed milk.

1550ml water (always so hard to drink enough fluids)

B- strawberry yogurt
D- chicken
S- BBQ chicken satay
T- 1x sausage, tbsp mash ad tbsp of beans
S- ryvita and chesse

Not alot to drink :s
 
Yesterday:


B: 2 Ryvita with mashed banana

S: slice of wafer thin turkey

L: 2 Ryvita, low fat houmous, sliced tomatoes

D: Baked seabass, cabbage, 1 roast potato

S: sliced cucumber

Loads of tea, 1.5lt water
 
I am due for a sleeve in about 2 or 3 weeks and would love to contribue, thanks for thinking of it.

S: pomegranate seeds

D: potato wedges, baked beans, grated cheese

S: 2-finger KitKat

Very carb-heavy day....must do better! ;)

Loads of tea, 2 glasses skimmed milk, 2lt water
 
Today:

B: Crunchy Nut Cornflakes with skimmed milk

S: granola bar

L: ham salad sandwich

S: 1 pkt Walkers lights

D: pasta with one homemade meatball and homemade pasta sauce.

S: 1 nectarine

Loads of tea and 1.5lt water

Carb-heavy again! :( I need a carb detox! X
