Weekend away so regular eating wasn't on the agenda!
Saturday:
B: 1/2 a mango
S: 2-finger Kit-Kat
L: 1/2 cheese toastie
D: Sushi restaurant- edamame beans, 2 bits of sushi and a tiny bit of chicken katsu curry
S: A gin and cranberry juice and a handful of Pringles (sorry!)
Loads of tea and water all day
Sunday:
B: breakfast in hotel- scrambled egg, 1/2 a sausage, 1 tbsp beans 1/2 slice of toast
L: 6 chips
D: Honey mustard chicken with mash
S: mini cookies
Tea, water, NAS orange squash
Will be better on Monday!!
