I am having a nightmare at the moment, as I am to eat at least x3 times a day and get in x3 high Protein shakes a day and my drinks so in reality to fit it all in I have to be either eating or drinking pretty much constantly....... But because I want to be well I am pushing through... for example yesterday I had my cuppa in the morning, then my breakfast, then I drank a protein shake going round sainsbury's came home had a drink, then my lunch off out again, drank another shake whilst out, and on and on it goes, i just hope the scales start moving in the other direction soon and I feel a bit better......
