I got calpol type paracetamol. Are we allowed gripe water after bypass? I could get my husband to try and get some. Do you think a s/f mint would help? Willing to try anything as I know If I could get rid of it id feel brilliant x

Does anyone have any tips to shift this wind? I was doing great 99% of wind was gone was feeling good then BAM agonising wind pain in my chest and throat and can't get proper breaths. I'm constantly walking around trying to shift it but it's kept me up all night. I'm drinking peppermint tea, getting slapped on the back like a big baby AND I resorted to sitting with my back jammed against the washing machine while it was on full spinI feel it rising in my throat as if I'm going to burp n then it just goes away again
i was advised by hospital to stop peppermint tea because although it does disperse the wind it has no where to go!!! i did as advised and wind went next day
worth a go x x x it certainly helped me

worth a try laura it worked for me hot water bottle on your back too i've since been chewing windeze but im band not bypass i would check hope it shifts soon mine was agony and got me down. Also moving helped had it for over a week so sympathies x x x

Had two home made carrot and coriander soups today and loved them. Added coriander, black pepper, marvel n hint of garlic n whizzed up to delishousness. Nom nom nom
