I'd say yours is the strongest of all Haha :) what I find odd round here is if you drive 20 there Is a totally different accent lol! Xx

Sent from my HTC Hero using WLSurgery

That is something that is suppose to be strange to other countries lol. My partner is 28 miles from me, and the accent couldn't be more different lol

That is funny. We have a lot of different accents in the US, but not in such a close distance. Most of us talk the same...

I love many of the US accents. Some are funny and some are damn sexy lol.

It is funny here just how close places can be with differing accents lol

Yes,, thats true.... Some of them are just funny!

I love trying to do the deep South accents :D

Yes, those are quite funny. Some of them actually sound uneducated. There isn't really an accent at all where I live. But, I'm sure any of you would think so. Sometimes I wish we did. I love it!

melani i feel i dont have an accent at all to but everyone says i have a really broad yorkshire accent and for some reason people like it?!?!?!?! lol so i bet you do have an accent lol xxxxx

We should all just say we have AWESOME accents lol

----------------------------------------

Well, today I started with a trip to the gym. I treated it like BL last chance workout. I was worn out! Lol. It was a great mood lifter though.

This afternoon we took my nan to the pub for lunch. We told her she can go anywhere she likes, and that was her choice. I had a mackerel salad. It was gorgeous!

My eating is going really well and so is exercise. Feelings like it is better to focus on then thinking of it could now be late 2012 before I get my op.

I bought a heart rate monitor and watch today to wear during exercise. I want to make sure I am really getting my cardio system working :)

I hope everyone is going to have a lovely weekend :D xxx

Haha mines Geordie no one ever understands me!

Isn't that why Cherly Cole lost the X-Factor USA job?lol

I love the Geordie accent. It is brilliant!!

Starting to think I am an accent addict lol

doing well :D

If that is for me, thanks :D

Today is a stressssssful day. My partner is doing my head in with his mardy self.

I have managed to stick to my healthy eating despite it. So I am very happy :D

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend xxx

Watching Biggest Loser USA this morning and crying like a baby lol

Watching people all with a weight problem makes me focus on how crap being so big makes me feel mentally and emotionally. I can't wait to get away from it :(

You would think I would avoid these programme. But it actually motivates me to see motivated people.

Hope everyone's weekend has gone well so far :) x

they can be very motivational :) i know what you mean about them making you feel crap though, they do the same to me :sigh: wish i was stronger, ah well, we'll be ok :D xxx

I was watching the biggest loser last night too. I always cry too. Mostly because when I see them weigh and I weigh more than someone and they look really big, I think, wow, I look that bad? The stories are so inspirational and when I'm losing, I like to exercise while watching and I can go just a little further..... One day I'll watch and smile and say that used to be me! I can't imagine.....

I have flirted with the idea of writing a diary on here many times and then decided that if anyone read it, they may be so bored by it, they fall asleep, bash their head off their laptop and sue me for not warning them it may cause drowsiness.

So, against my better judgement, here my diary is. Here is the legal warning:

'This forum users Brummie tones may come through in her writing and send you to sleep rapidly. No, you do not have narcolepsy. Fuffs is simply doing what she does best. Talking nonsense. She holds no responsibility for what may happen next if you continue to read'

:8855:

I shouldn't find myself funny. That is a sign of a very bad comedian lol

Well, I am 29. I will be 30 end of next month :sigh:
Promised myself years ago I would be slim by this point. I have had to fight a massive disappointment in myself for not fulfilling my own promise to myself.

I wont go into the ins and outs of my WLS journey too much here, as it is well documented on the forums.

I will just say it has been a fight and I am now waiting to see if I get funding:confused:

While I am waiting, I will just chill, be positive and keep talking a lot lol

I want to be at a 5 stone weight loss by my birthday 25th November. Wish me luck! lol

If anyone feels like oing me in my diary, commenting, crying, screaming....anything....feel free :D
:553:your diary keeps me going fuffs:553:

Me too :( Though I know the bypass is the route I need now, I wish I had been strong enough to do it without. But I haven't been and need to reconcile myself with that fact and focus on what is to come. I do often wonder how many keep it off on that programme. Nobody could keep up the intensity. But some must maintain.

I did 15mins of jogging with my heartrate monitor on while watching it. My legs are still hurting from the gym. But I kept going. Then 5 mins of exercise with a little weight. I often chant 'last chance workout' in my mind when I exercise lol

I also look at people around my weight and the weight I was and I feel very sad for myself. I cannot believe I let it get to this :( So glad we are all doing something about it now :D

:553:your diary keeps me going fuffs:553:
It is soooo lovely to know my mad ramblings help someone. I love my diary. It keeps me going. So its a massive bonus that is does the same for you Ellen. Thank you for making me smile :D xxx

I've met a few of the biggest loser contestants and they still look great! They just maintain a healthy lifestyle now. A few of them gain it back, but surprisingly, most of them keep most of it off. I think once you work out like that in a secluded environment, you get used to it and it's easier to stay motivated when you go home. Getting started is the hard part! I can't wait to get back to the gym!
