Gastric Bypass Daily Menus

Yesterdays munchings -

B - 1/2 banana
S - babybel
L - chicken and lf mayo
S - 3 white mice and a ham cheese lunchable at the cinema (late dinner)
D - 1/2 a BK Chicken royale (no mayo) with only half the bread.

Tis the first time I've had anything from a fast food place since the op, and it was ok, but I didn't feel like I'd missed out not having anything before then. was only cos we went to the cinema at 6.30 so didn't come out till 9pm.
 
Todays chow'in -

b - most of a small mullerlight smooth
l - 2 very small chicken wraps (the little kiddy size ones)
s - 2 chocolate digestives
d - 1/2 jacket pot with ham and lf cheese
s - glass of milk, glass of oj.
 
Im finding it really hard to make myself eat. today I have had
readybrek for breakfast quorn mini egg(3) with some calslaw. tried some ice cream but that didnt saty down
 
I have had today:-

B- nothing, must start trying!
L- little piece of roast lamb, few carrots, floret of cauliflower, floret of brocolli, pick at a yorkie pud & 1 small roast potato.
T- 2 crackerbreads with salmon on.
Snacks- 1 little milkyway bar & bag of you know whats!
 
Menu for today:

B - small apple & slice of toast w/almond butter
L - tuna salad w/lf mayo mixed with a little whole wheat pasta
D - Raw carrot sticks, some grapes & a cheese & salsa wrap (small one)
Snacks: dried fruit & nuts, a www choc biscuit, small plum

Wow, sounds like loads when I list it!
 
Todays chow'in

B - 1/2 small muller light yog
S - 1/2 pack crisps at hospital
L - 1/3 tuna s/w at hospital
D - chicken curry

Tummy wasn't very receptive to food most of the day, struggled with breakfast and lunch and tummy felt quite tight.
 
Today I have had 2 laughing cow triangles, 1 toast with pouched egg and mushrooms, quorn fillet with some roasted veg (didnt finish it all) and I swam 750metres at the gym
 
Today's menu:

Day 1 pouch test:)

B - Very milky tea
L - Protein shake
D - Lentil soup
Snack: protein pops made from protein drink (fruit punch flavor) and sugar-free drink mix and then frozen, may have a cup of oxo before bed.

Felt a bit light headed before dinner, I will increase the amount of fluids tomorrow. I also drank my 1500 mils of water but I think I had too few calories today so I will up that tomorrow.
 
Hi gang
not posted for a while but today had
half bagel with pnut butter
Starbucks skinny latte
half jacket spud and some cottage cheese
options hot choc
half chicken breast, sm portion veg (brocolli, sweetcorn and carrots)
ryvita thin with marmalade

I never seem to have a problem eating anything! Sometimes I get full very quickly but today was a very hungry day!!
 
Todays fillin'

S - 1 biscuit on course
L - Lunchable chicken and cheese crackers (addictions back)
D - bowl ww chicken soup and slice of w/meal bread
S - couple of pringles

Completely lost my appetite this evening but forced down a bowl of soup :(

Lunch - 1 snack size pork pie and i sesame ryvita with philly light
Snack - 1 slim-a-soup
Tea - 1 cheese, mushroom,tomato and worcestersire sauce on toast

Not my best day but thought i'd be honest cos i think its gonna help me by posting on this thread x x x
 
Not to bad for me today

breakfast none

dinner half a small jacket spud with some prawns

Tea broccilli with some cheese sauce with a small piece of river cobbler(fish from tesco no bones no skin) dipped in seasond flour and pan fried
 
B - 2 spoons of yoghurt, followed by cheese and crackers
S - few red grapes
L - cheese & ham wraps
D - chicken curry
 
Not to bad today

breaky had some porrage

lunch had some broccilli with cheese sauce left from last night

tea pork sandwich

will prob have some fruit later
 
Okay so I was doing the pouch test honest but I kinda blew it halfway through day 2. I decided to wait until Friday and start over.

Menu for yesterday:

B - half an apple and a glass of milk
L - tortilla 'pizza' (whole wheat tortilla, tomato sauce, mushrooms sauted in balsamic vinegar and some shredded cheese put on a baking sheet and toasted in the oven for 10mins)
D - chili w/cheese
Snack - I had a chocolate cookie, so sue me! Also drank a protein drink.
 
B - cheese and crackers
L - ham and cheese crackers
S - few crisps
D - cauliflower cheese soup and wholemeal bread

Having a cheesy day today!
 
Today i had

B= pouched egg mushrooms and a piece of toast
L= 1 crumpet and a plum
T= 1 new potato, 2 pieces of broccilli and quarter piece of salmon fillet

Snacks had some nuts
 
B - peice of wholemeal toast
L - cheese and chicken wraps
S - few crisps and chocolates
D - ww soup and 1/2 pitta bread

Is odd having to try and eat more! Also seems that I have to eat a lot to maintain.
 
Today I weighed myself and to my complete horror I had gained 5lbs. This depressed me and made me turn to food, I have picked today big time because of my mood. Well I was so shocked that later on I got on the scales again and I had not put on at all I have lost 3lbs, to make sure I double checked 3 times. I still am turning to food for comfort, I really need my psych appointment and fast!
Well heres what I munched today:-

B- Nothing, this is bad I know.
L- 1 x french toasty cracker things with pate.
T- Picked at a Big Mac, only ate one burger & half of the other one, none of the bun.
Snacks- lots of scrumy cheese & chive savoury biscuit things, 4 x french toasty things with philly & chive light cheese, bag of wotsits and a Activia creamy yogurt.

Did the comfort eating make me feel better?.....Hell yeah, but not as much as when I found out I had'nt put on but had actually lost and finally said goodbye to the 19's on the scales. :)
 
Allie I think you need some new scales, or better still, go to somewhere like boots to be weighed once a week.
