Hello ladies :)
Sorry to hijack you thread but i am an avid reader now :p
You all seem to be feeling a bit under the weather this week....hope you are all ok?
Also a question......how long do you feel a bit off for after your bypass...or does it come and go?
xx

I think there are a lot of summer colds etc going around at the moment.

I felt ok after a couple of weeks. I find that if I get ill, it does affect my pouch. I had a virus last year that really knocked my eating for about 1 week, but I just went back to liquids and managed fine.

My feeling off is not at all bypass related, more baby related!

Hi Tazz, hope your appointments etc. go well chucks. My moods, especially lately don't have anything to do with the bypass, I'm just a grumpy s**t! The bypass was the best thing I have done in a long time;)

What I have scoffed today is:-
B- I really really need to sort my life out when it comes to breakie :(
L- 1 x cheese on toast.
T- spicey tomato & bacon pasta with tomato and basil sauce.
Snacks- Activia yogurt, I might have a bag of wotsits, not decided yet!
