Gastric Bypass Daily Menus

Allie I feel for you Thinking you had put 5lbs on is like why the F@@k did I bother, then to reslise you didnt. Like Sam said either get some new scales and leave them in one spot not on carpet. Congrats on getting out of the 19stone band

Yesterday's menu:

B: milky coffee & protein drink
L: Leftover whole wheat pasta topped w/lowfat cheese & salad
D: bowl of cereal & some grapes
Snacks: some pecans, celery sticks with almond butter (lower in fat than peanut butter & less sugar)
 
Today has been a bad food day, didn't plan ahead so I have not eaten much:

B: Milky coffee x2 (no real food which is very bad)
L: Scrambled egg & reduced fat sausage & sprinkle of cheese
D: hmm, well not eaten yet also very bad!! I think I will grab a cup of lentil soup
Snacks: none, I will find a piece of fruit to nibble on.

I promise to myself to not let my eating get away from me tomorrow. Must eat!!!
 
Today

Breakfast = 1 round of wholemeal toast
Dinner = Slice of wholemael bread slice of beef and some coleslaw
Tea = small bowl of Lobby (stoke stew) meat pots and carrots

Snacks a handful of nuts
 
Today -

B - 1/2 pitta with bovril
L - cheese and crackers
D - 2 quorn sausages with 1 scrambled egg
Snacks - few crisps, few grapes
 
Today I have eaten and enjoyed:-

B- nowt
L- fresh ravioli with tomato and herb sauce & a sprinkling of cheese.
T- one lovely boneless strip from KFC with gravy.
Snacks- Activia creamy yogurt & 2x french toasty things with phily light.
 
Today menu

breakfast = a crumpet

Dinner = bacon (from a joint not a rasher) peas, cabbage and 1 boiled new potato. Followed by 2 tablespoons of home made trifle

Tea = got fish on the side but wether I have it is a differant matter lol. I had it with a bit of parsley sauce

My scoffing today was:-

B- tut tut nothing, I just can't stomach anything first thing, I have my tablets and fruit juice and just don't fancy food.
L- roast chicken, brocolli, cauliflower, carrots, stuffing and gravy.
T- 2 x french bread thingys with light phily ( I am liking these very much as they go down nice.)
Snacks- a small piece of an easter egg.
 
B - 1/2 muller light small smooth yoghurt, which didn't go down well!
L - 1/2 pita bread with bovril and lf cheese
S - bit of easter egg
D - slow cooked lamb in mint gravy
S - grapes
 
Yesterday:

B: Egg, sausage (lf) & cheese whole wheat burrito
L: Protein smoothie & couple of ryvita
D: Creamy (made w/non fat yogurt) chicken & roasted veg (carrot, parsnip, swede, mushrooms)
S: Sugar free protein banana custard w/sugar free dark choc sauce, and chopped pecans, tiny spray of lf whip
 
Nic can I come live with you, your menu is always nicer than mine! No energy to cook these days :(
 
Today I have eaten:-
B- 1 x Weetabix with semi skimmed milk & sweetener.
L- 2 x French toasty things with phily & chive light
T- Fresh cheese and sundried tomato ravioli with tomato and roasted mediterranean vegetable sauce & a sprinkle of cheese.
Snacks- Bag of wotsits.

today

Breakfast = oatcake with low fat cheese

dinner = nothing went on a 4 mile walk

Tea = small piece of chicken, 3 sprouts, sprig of broccilli and a boiled potato (think I ate one 2 many sprouts lol)

Snacks = Strawberries

Not posted here for a while but today i had

B - 2 minibells
L - small tub home made beef stew, mostly veggies
D - Bowl beef stew as above

snacks - 1 nice biscuit, pumpkin seeds
 
B - lf crackers with lf cheese
L - 1/2 pitta with tuna
D - Bowl butternut squash soup wih 1/2 pitta
Snacks - grapes, easter egg.

Not the best eating day.

Today:

B: Protein smootie & a plum
L: leftover chicken & veg (mostly veg)
D: tortilla pizza (lf cheese, tom sauce, sliced sausage leftover from yesterday & sprinkle of italian herbs) SOOOO yummy!
Snack: sf banana protein custard & lf whip, small protein slushy (took protein liquid [think of it like runny jelly] & some sugar free squash, frozen into cubes then throw in blender)
 
feel like I had to much today

Breakfast = a bit of porridge

dinner = 1 round of wholemeal bread with waffer thin chicken

Tea = small jacket spud, chicken,coleslaw

snacks = banana, 1 crumpet with a cheese triangle & quorn
 
B - 1/2 pitta with bovril
L - slow roasted tomato and feta pasta salad (M&S low fat one)
D - spit roast chicken with mash, gravy and peas (out to dinner)
Snacks - bit of easter egg!
 
Today:

B - cereal (fibre fruit & nut)
L - sliced lf cheese, plum
D - chicken & veg curry, little bit of rice
Snack - might have a protein drink
