D 4oz prawns, Blackberries, blueberries, grapes

B - fruit and fibre
D - some mattisons sausage, cheese string and grapes
T - half a rogan josh curry and a chicken pakora
Snacks - none I dont think

b 1oz mature chedder. 2 wafer thin slices ham 1 tomato
L 1oz cashew nuts 1 banana
d 4oz rump steak, carrots, broccoli and peas
snack/supper will be 2 ryveta with philli light grapes.
 
B - Crunchy nut cornflakes
D - 2 cheese strings, mattisons sausage
T - 3 bits Falafel, half a WW tortilla, salad
Snacks - none
 
Yesterday

B= probiotic yoghurt (4gms protein)
L= 1 poached egg on 1 small slice toast (6 gms protein)
T= Beef Borginion with veg (approx 18 gms protein)

Snacks 1 packet of crisps
1 fortimel (20 mgs protein)
half pint of milk (10 mgs Protien)
Approx total for today was 68 gms of protein

Just to say ive lost 5lbs this week so thanks to PG for gettin me to concentrate on my diet and putting it down on here :) that makes it five stone now !! Whoop whoop!!!

T= leftover beef bourginion

Snacks half pint milk, two crackers with cheese on 1 packet of crisps

pork and pepper kebab stick total0% yogurt blueberries, srawberries mixed nuts

L=poached egg on 1 slice of mini bread *half loaf size*
T=3oz chicken breast wrapped in bacon, 2 tsp jacket potato

Snacks, orange juice, 1 fortimel, 1oz cheese on 2 crackers
 
Haven't posted for a few days, been really busy!

Yesterday -
B - milky coffee, yogurt & small apple
L - spicy lentil soup, 2 crisp breads with light cream cheese
D - steak & salad
Snacks - small banana, protein shake, 2 squares no sugar added choc

Today
B - milky coffee, slice of choc protein cake
L - Sandwich meat and cheese roll-ups & salad
D - will have tortilla pizza and fruit salad
Snacks - will have a protein shake

L - Chicken sliced thin and rolled up with mustard & cheese, apple slices
D - Baked Cod & 3-Bean salad (diced peppers, onion, beans, sweetcorn, tomato, fennel, basil, white wine vinegar & olive oil, sea salt & fresh ground pepper)
Snack - Protein cake (vanilla almond chocolate chip) topped with sugar free choc sauce and sugar free caramel, sprinkle of nuts and some light whip

Was a YUMMY food day full of good for you stuff!
 
Well I havnt posted for a week or so as I was in Barcelona, and MY GAWD did I eat...not loads just rubbish! So back to it today
B - Jordans cereal bar
D - tuna mayo on brown bread
T - 1 lamb chop, mushy peas and some onions and mushrooms fried in light spray
S - will finish my tea off, above again
 
today i have had
bf = 1 boiled egg and 1 slice wholemeal nimble toasted.
d = 200 grms heinz winter veg soup and 2 very lighy soft cheese triangles.
t = 50 grm roast pork, 75 grms potatoes, 50 grms mixed veg.
s = 1 weight watchers yoghurt and 1 slice low fat cheese(17grm).

1 plum about 3.00.
