Pork in cider (homemade, made with fromage frais, really low fat and cal and carb!) with cabbage, carrot and 1 quater new potatoe
Homemade lamb curry and cabbage.

Muller light
Pork in cider with carrot and cabbage.
Tried to eat something earlier, but had terrible tummy ache, so not much today, may have and orange later or some cheese on 1 half slice nimble toast.
