Thanks Nic...I know yesterday wasnt great, and todays wasnt amazing...back on it tomorrow...key is preperation! lol
B - Half a wholemeal toast with peanut butter
D - piece of cheese, clementine
T - tatty hash home made
S - none so far...although Im going absolutely mad as I get soooooooooo peckish at night, every night and its making me sooooo angry!!
 
Day one - 5 day pouch test half way through
X 2 protein shakes. One caffe latter & vanilla with extra coffee and x1 chocolate
4 x 500mls of sugarfree vimto
2 x 1litre of half water, half tesco tropical juice
x 2 coffees
x1 tea

Last night I had another protein shake, choc flavour, another litre of juice and lots of glasses of water.

Today is day 2 of pouch test so far:
2 x protein shakes
4 bottles of juice (vimto, no added sugar)
2 x coffee
1 x tea
2 glasses of water

Tonight will take a shake to meeting with me
More water and more brews!
 
Hi - well day 3 of the pouch test
Today I have had:
2 X protein shakes - both choc flavour
2 bottles of juice
2 coffees
1 tea
2 tablespoons of 0% greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons of cottage cheese
2 egg omlette with added kipper pate and cheese
I really didnt fancy eating anything. The cottage cheese and yog were at 11, and its now 9. Ive just come in from been to aqua aerobics and came home STARVIN! hence the kipper omelette lol
 
Yesterday
1 x caffe latter protein shake with added vanilla protein shake
4 x coffee
1 x tea
3 bottles of juice
Half a 2 egg omelette with added kipper pate
tea spoon of smoked mackerel, smoked tune, smoked salmon and smoked peppered makerel

Today I have roasted a chicken and will nibble on that throughout the day along with shakes!
Am I doing alright? No one has posted for a while and Im worried Id done something? haha

Had a bit of grazing yesterday, bad me, craved carbs all day long!

B - protein cake and milky coffee x2
L - leftover roasted veg w/parmesan cheese
D - leftover cottage pie (topped with mixed root veg)
Snacks - 2 pieces no sugar added choc, piece of toast, popcorn, milky chai tea

I feel absolutely fine - great in fact. I had a strange thing this morning. I had ordered some jeans off ebay and when they arrived this morning I was gutted as I held them up and I knew there was no way in the world they would fit me. I thought I' guna have to go to Evans or new look for work next week...Hubby-to-be told me to try them on and MY GOD!!! They fit, in fact a tenny bit to big! I cried...actually cried haha.
Im such a loser...but I genuinely cannot believe it!

B milky coffee oatcake poached egg
L at the rugby club beef in ale, carrots and green beans
D prawn curry. chicken tikka, spoon rice. small piece of nan bread
snack fruit yogurt
 
I roasted my chicken and had some for breakfast, some for dinner and for tea we had a bbq so had 2 small chicken breasts and a chicken leg. No protein shakes though and not much to drink...grrr...back to it tomorrow at the car boot sale! haha
 
Today has been a naff day - I knew when I was eating crap I should stop - so I did.
I have had
B - protein shake
D - chicken leg
T - Chicken stirfry
Snacks - packet of quavers - 4 ginger nut biscuits
Back to it tomorrow
 
Yesterday:
1 slice of wafer thin ham and 1 third of a babybel light
Pork in cider (homemade, made with fromage frais, really low fat and cal and carb!) with cabbage, carrot and 1 quater new potatoe
Homemade lamb curry and cabbage.
Snacks:
Orange


Today:
Muller light
Pork in cider with carrot and cabbage.

Tried to eat something earlier, but had terrible tummy ache, so not much today, may have and orange later or some cheese on 1 half slice nimble toast.
 
Today I have been stuck in prison all day - no access to drinks or food -
B - Jordans cereal bar
D - Smoked Mackerel and small salad
T - Keema curry
Snacks - 3 oatcakes with peanut butter.
 
Today -

T - Chicken breast in masala sauce
Snacks - pack of quavers
 
today i have had
B = weight watchers yoghurt
D = ham sliced rolled round low fat cheese and salad
T = corned beef mash, roasted butternut sqaush and carrots
s = half small can of vegetable soup

oh and a plum
 
Today:
Muller light
Home made goulash (130g)
1 fig and 1 slice ham.

Snack:
1 fig.
1 actimel (no fat)

The figs are cos uhhhhh I'm having a few issues going to the loo, I didn't notice till now I've had to use dulcolax each time to go since my op :s
Any advice? I've started fibersure, taling dulcoease?!
Sorry this prolly isn't what u wanna read on a food thread lol x
