Thanks nic, I usually get a bit more protein then those 2 days, I've only just started alowing myself pasta again.
I was told by the dietician I need startch but I know I struggled with carbs in the past.
I'm not sue how many cals I should aim for a day. I seem to have some days when I'm so so so hungry and some where I'm not at all.
Normally I get a bit. Of fruit each day also. I just wanted to know if I was on track
