Ceecie you are doing so well Hun. I'm so proud of you. I'm hoping to join you soon. Looking forward to your pics :)

Rang the hospital today re me not able to weight bare on left leg post surprising knee op. have arranged to see me on the 6th feb to discuss if I'm fit enough and to combine all pre op appts together. That gives me ten days to get stronger n learn to jump through their hoops for the operation. Or have it delayed to make sure I'm looked after properly. Feeling happy that this is the case n they haven't just dismissed it without being assessed :) so the milk pre op diet starts this week. Whoop whoop. Please god let this op go ahead ......

Fingers crossed it all goes well. You will get there! Just prioritise your health right now, the first month post- op is hard work and you will need to be in a good frame of mind to get through it. Stay positive! :) x

Yes thanks. I'm determined and feel fine, just leg letting me down. I may as well recoup fir both at once then be allowed back on my arthritis meds than to drag on fir months without my meds n get portlier n poorlier . If I'm fit enough, need it sorted, if I'm not it will cause lots of health probs for me, so fingers crossed. So whatever I'm told, on balance of all the facts I will do xxxx

Just had a call from my dietician....she's very concerned about the extent of my weight loss and wants me to double the food I'm eating so my body doesn't go into shock!!!
