I'm intolerant to dairy too and having dumped twice on yoghurt just the thought makes me sick
I used those syrups on the milk diet but now I find them too sickly sweet as I have no taste for sweet things at all, even if it's just sweetener! Weak Nas squash is the most I can take. It's strange!
I've just had scrambled eggs for lunch with chicken stock added.....really enjoyed it and feeling ok so far......will update in an hour!!!
I'm following this for ideas and to gain knowledge of what I can expect in a few weeks time. I keep mentioning these sugar free flavour syrups I've seen online. I'm wondering if they will sweeten and add flavour to plain Greek yogs? Might taste good and should mean zero dumping if 0% fat and zero sugar. High dairy though so not good if intolerant!
If yoghurt etc isn't agreeing with you try the lactofree varieties. A lot of people can find themselves intolerant in the early stages. And in all honesty if you're tired either have a nap or lick a cheese triangle or even have a cracker bread with reduced peanut butter. As for crisps not being ideal and not making a habit of it - the longer you can stay away from processed stuff like that the better use you'll make of your golden period.
Yes, be careful, I tried videos peanut butter ones and dumped on it, they may replace the fat with sugar. Cottage cheese might be a safer option, unless someone can recommend a specific peanut butter.Cracker bread! That's a great idea! Isn't peanut butter too fattening tho?....might try them with cottage cheese.... Thanks Yvessa! X
