Yes, they are like gummy bears! You chew three a day they are good!

I got some of asda gummy bear calcium. Saw the Percy pigs. Gummy bears were half the price lol

Only thing is because of my celiac my prescription for calcium is high and the gummy bears are only a quarter of it. But hey, every little helps. My prescription calcium is like submarines. I must ask doc if it comes in lower dose and smaller tabs which I could double up

Hi guys....it's official. I am overweight...just stepped out of the obese category

Had a loss this morning...down to 12st 1 and 3/4 lbs. that's just over a pound since Thursday

Desperate to crack that 12 stone figure
