Hi, I'm Kirsty, banded August 2014. My post op dairy

No girls I looked hellish in the red dress. Lol. Thought it was a bit young for me. When I picked my aunt up to take her to the wedding she said "Kirsty, you look like a wee girl dressed for a party" my aunt does not mince her words - she is brutally honest as only the very old can get away with being lol

So no more "cheap" going out dressed clothes for me lol

I suit taylored clothes - preferably black. I have a very lumpy bumpy figure with a huge tummy and boobs. I know what I suit and should stick to that. This is a couple if photos from the holiday. A 100% better I am sure you will agree

But apart from the fashion disaster we had a wonderfull day. No booze as I was driving but had a wee bit too much to eat and all the wrong things. But going for a ten mile hike tomorrow so should be back on track tomorrow before my big day out with the girls on Sunday. After that I have nothing on the social Callander for a couple of months do should have no distractions

Weight was 11st 12 and 3/4 this morning. So heading in the right direction

Kirsty you are such a fashionista. You looked lovely. Infact every picture I see if you girlie you look amazing. I had to really get the courage to wear a dress and you pull of skirts and dresses like you were born in them! This is fab. I think you looked beautiful in the red dress.... ? xxxx

Well done on maintaining through December, specially with a holiday and parties galore!! If you ever doubt yourself just keep one eye on the bigger picture, how far you've come and how much you've lost in total. Don't beat yourself up about gains from time to time, it happens to everyone the important thing is to celebrate the successes and get right back on the weight loss horse

The monthly losses you listed total 3 stone!!! That's a blinking great achievement!!!

Oh and all the dresses look fab

Girls. Just soaking my poor feet in a hot bath. My 10 mole hike turned out to be just under 14. Set off at 9.30 this morning. By The time we got back got back the sun was setting, the moon had put his hat on and was coming out to play and Angela had a wee quick shut eye lol but done over 34,000 steps
