Ok so it's weigh in day and I'm so pleased to say I'm 3lbs lighter this week. I know it's pretty doubtful but I really hope the loss stays this way because I'm. Really starting to believe I can get to a size I am happy with. I know it takes time and I'm willing to wait without any really impossible target weight loss in mind I can do this.
not even thought of inches in a while. Going to have a go when hubby gets up.Well done on the loss hunni just remember slow and steady wins the race and the inches count not just the pounds so your doing fab

How mean of me...in all my excitement of the loss I totally forgot something that made my day I went to bed early last night feeling worn out with gall bladder pain. Hubby woke me at 11pm saying his night shift was cancelled due to belt breaking down. I sort of grumbled hello and went straight back to sleep. My youngest dog woke me at 5am and hubby was in the kitchen cleaning up. He turned me around and I was absolutely gob smacked...he had decorated my hall stairs and landing which has had bare walls since July. On top of that he had cleaned everything away. It took me until 7 to get back to sleep but when I got up at 8 I thought it was a dream but it's not and I love it so much xxx
Wow what a fantastic Christmas gift sometimes they can pleasantly surprise us LOL bless him. WTG hubby x x x x
cheers hunYour doing great and don't forget everyone is different so we will all do things At a different pace. Give yourself a big clap on the back
I didn't realise that there was a measurement thing on fitbit is it on the dash board? Going to have to investigate that one. I use it to set mini goals and once I have reached it I move the goal post sort of. I'm sure you know what I mean. I have my first post op visit to the hospital on Monday so gonna ask him about gall bladder removal as he knew before the op that it needed to be out quickly. Hope it's all done and dusted before I get ready for Egypt. Big hugs xxx xxxWowsers hunni that is remarkable yes were all different and lose at different rates so what ever you have done is blooming amazing put your measurements on to the fitbit page you will get a chart up so you an see at a glance how your doing i know for sure sometimes the scales don't move but you still seem to keep shrinking LOL keep doing what your doing, its working nicely x x x x
