thanks hun and as for Asda I love their clothes they wash up well tooCupid you look great and I bet you feel it. It's funny I've just got back from clothes shopping at Asda. I was told today at work that I looked like I had been shopping at a charity shop ( some good bargains in those shops so not knocking them lol) but I was asked did I have that bra on to keep my sandwiches in because it was going so much. So payday today of I go bought new bras and a few tops but my best buy is a dress size 18 the 16 was just a tad to tight but before today I wouldn't have got it over my head let alone its a bit tight I'm so very pleased. There is no better feeling knowing it's not going to go back on next week. So I will go to work Monday in my new clothes, ASDA didn't have a good variety so I might have to go to better shops from now on a woman I work with suggested Evans how dare she lol. What does your hubby think of the new emerging you is he impressed
. As for EVANS hate the place and the staff at ours are mainly youngsters or middle aged bids that look down their nose at you...yes very cheeky saying that. Xx

thanks hun I defo feel better now I can start to see the difference. My kids coment all the time bless them even to the point they say to hubby "doesn't mum look good?" But all he says is Yep and that's the full extent. At first I was upset about it but now I think bugger it I did this for me not him. Oh and the purple I love too. My birthstone is amethyst so maybe I get it from there defo feels nice wearing something really nice on. As for the boots they cost me £8 in new look sale because I have dropped a shoe size and I only had my trainers. I'm not complaining though just my trainers are air tech running shoes so the feet get cold. All my adult life I have put my family first and have gone without so many times, so now for once in a flood I want to feel like me and that's probably what's wrong with hubby because he's used to me buying him whatever he wants and put him a close second to our kids. I was at a large Asda tonight but I'm of to a smaller one tomorrow it had some nice tops the other day so I'm going for another look , just don't tell my hubby lol. The one at work is after some of my large tops, but what she doesn't know is that she tried to blame me for her not getting her work completed on time just before I went for the op. A manager told me in supervision what was being said and that I could be disappointed because of it so I haven't had a lot to do with her. She keeps saying you know I have a good home for some of your lovely tops they would fit me just right. She right they would be she's not getting them because I'm going to sell them even if they are for a pound and I will enjoy telling her how much I make. I don't like Evans they never had anything I liked, never in my size or colour and most of the staff were like stick insects which did nothing for my Have you hit this in extra extra large while they looked down at you. We won't have to go there now we're going into the proper shops well done us

no hun really don't like them, I had quite a few shakes in ready for my op and they tasted fine before my op but no no no really can't stomach them the same ones tasted then and even tho I have tried 4 to 5 times the powder even when whisked I just retch everytime I think I'm going crazy lol. Yesterday I tried the 50g ready mixed shake and took me all day to do it the breakfast pods are fine I had the summer fruits. May have to go to docs and ask if there is tablets. :/

bring on the girlie times wd on your loss sweets going in the right direction is all that counts (unlike me lol) when i read u say protein pills........... a light bulb switched on lol so went in search lol found some but didn't have time to research much..... so deffo ask the doc what a wonderful solution for us all xx x x x x x

You look amazing in that outfit hun the dark purple really suits you! The sky protein drinks are more like a yoghurt drink so might taste a bit better if u can get hold of any! I tried the 50g ones jeepers they're heavy goin arnt they! X x

they sure are hun took me over an hour to drink one but it's odd that I found the strawberry one nicer than the chocolate as I don't do strawberry anything except for the fruit itself. Thanks for the compliment hun. I forgot to say that my MIL said she can see a lot of difference too. Odd that she and my hubby have both lost weight too and both at the 1.5 St hubby says he's pinching some of my loss well that's fine if he takes another share lol!!

my youngest taking me shopping for protein supplement when he comes home as he says it's by far the best stuff as low in carbs and sugar so much better for me. Science diploma with double distinction means he knows best he tells me, and I'm not about to argue lol. Sounds good to me. He says health food shops are not run by staff qualified in not much more than sales. I tell him that he needs to have more respect so he says " mother I mean no disrespect but I am right " now our Holland and Barrett employ 4 staff and not one of them could tell me which product was a supplement and which were purely for building muscle. I really don't know but I'm told it's the amino acids that are important as they rebuild structure not replace it.
