Thanks for that mouse.

It must be hard for vegetarians to get the protein in

I find a tin of tuna. A couple of portions of cheese and a couple of Atkins bars and a couple of liberty high protein yoghurts helps the intake

Thank you Mouse, this was helpful.

Hi Cupid
Wow that was a useful post, pleased you had a good weekend, will catch up through the week.

Take Care xxxx

For breakfast I've started having the 'team sky' protein shakes. You can get them in tesco. If u get the raspberry and blueberry flavour for 3G of sugar you also get 23g of protein!!!
I've also been snackin on the arla protein yoga again if you go for the blueberry one 3G of sugar and 20g of protein. They are really filling and on days where I'm not hungry I'll have one of those as a meal.
I've also recently been buying the PhD protein bars again from tesco. I think about 11g of sugar but 30g of protein.
Quorn fillets are also good! 45 Cals each and 6g of protein.
Instead of a sandwich I'll have Melba thins which I'll add wafer thin ham too and half a cheese slice! A few of those tends to add a decent wedge of protein too!
Hope this helps x x x

Took a trip up to Stockton with my friend. Sad that she has been requesting help through a bypass for 3 years solid and had all but given up hope. She was passed from pillar to post and last year I persuaded her to be asked to be transferred to James Cook. Even today she was in tears upset at what would be said and that this was the very last push as she has been let down too often and promises of help always taken from her. It was worth the trip as she really didn't want to be on her own. The look on her face was priceless to say the least it took the surgeon and nurse 3 times to get her to speak so I said rather loudly that 50 shades at the pics would be off. Ahah I said then surgeon said again would the 21st of March be suitable for the operation. She so deserves this and I'm over the moon with her. :) xxxx

Hi Cupid Hope everything's ok today, and you are alright. Thinking about you, take care have a lovely evening.xxxx
today went better than expected and got the bus home with my friend but had to get off 25miles from home and ask hubby to come get us. Travel sick just ain't good and the bus had heaters on full, I ban them my car and bedroom. The fresh air soon calmed me down again. Thanks for asking hun xxxxx

HI
First of all great news for your friend, so pleased for her.

Blimey 25 miles, nothing worse then travel sickness.
I can't do buses, unless I really have to for the same reason.
Never use them in Doncaster.

Take care, will catch up tomorrow. xxxx

I get them in tescos hun by the cracker section they're not bread. You know like Melba toast they're like them but smaller a pack of six only has 77cals! X x I think the brand name is meuren?? X
