Is it lunch time yet?

Ok so I think it fair to say I have had the week from hell so far and certainly would have crumbled if not for two very special ladies. I won't go into detail and the ladies know exactly who they are I just want to say my life would not be the same without you in it. Thank you so much I want you both to know that I appreciate you both so much and if ever you need me I will be there. My home is built from love and friendship and I have found my keystones. Thank you, thank you, thank you xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 
3 posts tonight and my last is to say I'm feeling a bit nervous as my brother is 50 on Sunday and I will be seeing some family members that although I'm very close to and love all the world they know nothing of my surgery or weight loss. Wonder if they will tell the difference it's been 18weeks and six days from my surgery. Even I can see a difference now and can honestly say I'm more than a bit pleased.

Well I hope for their sakes they can see the difference because if not the need to go to spec savers lol you look great and there is no doubt about that. I hope if you bought anything else from Holland Barrett you got your discount because if they can't answer you question they are meant to give you 25% I think it is off your purchases, if they didn't go back and clame it. I will look forward to your sons information. Hope your feeling better in your self and things get sorted for you you have enough to deal with with out other things going on :)

OMG hunni you look a million dollars :) even my hub said wow ....thats amazing :) i hope your suitably proud of yourself mrs .... deffo speck savers if the don't notice..... but honestly don't be concerned if they don't some folks are odd about mentioning it!!! all that matters is that your feeling better and looking amazing.....all else can go sod LOL

thanks hun I'm sure you know how much that means to me and yes for once I'm best pleased with myself. As for this week today I reasoned with my feeling struggled to sort my priority and laid it at rest there. I have been promised today that medication will be sorted so I'm more at peace. Time and tide moves for no man my nan would say so booked my first pamper session today and when it was done went and bought a handbag and shoes ready for my hols. Paid a total of £25 for both in the sale and a total saving of £60 so I'm well chuffed for a change. :)

Sometimes we just have to accept there are things we can not change no matter how much heartache it brings us. So making peace with it sometimes is the only way to move forward.... i always believe things happen for a reason..... and i sincerely believe they will do their best by him....

Well today was fantastic went to see my oldest brother for his 50th birthday and as some of you know he own a very popular cafe in Valley Gardens Harrogate. Got there at 10am and to say they were busy was an understatement so we slid past the people queuing all the way outside and sat in a corner to wait a while. Now my pops was there and I put my finger to my lip and shushed him. We sat at the staff table so to be out of the way. As the queue began to disperse out came my sister-in-law who saw my husband and asked if I had gone round the back but put a hand on my shoulder and said I'm sorry madam but this table is reserved...her face was priceless when I turned to face her and she realised it was me :) :) :)
In walk my other 2 brothers and their wife's and I felt absolutely fantastic not one of them could believe their eyes. All of them said how well I looked and all looked shocked when my hubby said I now go to the gym. We stayed a couple of hours and then headed off to see my aunt who declared "about time you got your life back girl you look years younger"
I am at my mother-in-laws (secret) 80th birthday party in a few weeks as my hubby's sister-in-law who always thinks she's better than everyone else and looks down her nose at everyone else will be there and the last I spoke to her told me I would never make anything of myself as I had let myself go. In doing so the only reason I don't drink alcohol is because my husband is ashamed of taking me out anywhere. Can't wait lol. :) xxxx
 
Well what a fantastic feeling that must have been for you and how great that must have made you felt. That had made me smile it's a pity you can't video your sister in law, cheeky cow some people just don't know about keeping their mouths shut. You want to bring something with you and when she looks at you in surprise tell her to put this in your gob because it's not a nice look drop jaw lol and just walk of. Sometimes less is more lol enjoy the rest of you evening.

I have never let her have the satisfaction of a reply but she sure will get one as my mil has informed me that she is now a size 22 and looks ten years older. I could never make anyone feel as bad as she made me feel even though it was wrong of her so I will just ask if she's stopped going out in public now :)
