Is it lunch time yet?

Too true mouse..... when your down on fuel your down on energy..... not sure what the answer is really.....fortunately i don't have that problem often..... but i know when i have had little intake i am soooooooooo tired ..doing the same is not an option....so just keep resting, once your back on road to recovery the intake should increase nicely x x x x
 
Thanks ladies much appreciated I'm hoping that later today I can go see my friend and kick her daughter up the butt. Charraine was allowed home today and promised me she would rest but when she got home her eldest who is 17 and has a small baby of her own had left the house in a state had left the heating on 30* all weekend and couldn't be bothered to clean up the mess. He grandad went round last night to clean up the house ready to come home to he shouted at Jodie because he left strict instructions not yo mess it up. Charraine asked her to go to the shop and put money on the gas to replace what had been used because it ran out this morning and the little madam refused left her daughter ther and walked round to her mates to have a cigarette because it's now banned from the house. Charraine dressed baby who at 5pm was still in Pjs put her youngest's coat and shoes on and too them to the shop herself. I'm furious because this girl won't even bath her own baby she goes twice a week to her mums house to have Charraine do it for her. This girl is in for a big shock. :/
 
My goodness what is this younger generation coming too?? they seem to feel life is hard on them and everyone else was put on this earth to mollycoddle them..... i had a sister just the same..... she is older now but still has those same tenancies and throws the odd paddy from time to time when things don't go her way..... shes now pregnant with #6 LOL thank goodness i live miles away :)

Sounds like this girl needs a kick up the pants and take responsibility for her own life and especially her own kids.... does she not understand that her mother has just had life threatening surgery and she now needs the rest??

Your friend needs to put herself top of the pile for once and let her daughter stand on her own two feet...... kids eh!!!

Go and visit your friend (send her my love too) have a nice visit BUT remember your on bed rest too mrs :) x x x x x

I intend to do just that and to remind her the only reason she has the baby is because her mother fought against them taking her. She has her own flat and rent paid for her along with water rates and tv licence but has to pay for electric and gas. She has put £10 on in jan I think but still hasn't used it because she goes to her mums all day and most nights too and doesn't pay for any food. Baby is 5months old and has already had 9 prams. The girl uses her depression as an excuse to get everything her own way but my friend is really important to me and I'm going to do my best to help her so I'm giving her the boot that she needs on condition I can getup there lol starting to get tired before I even get up so need to try sort some stuff myself first. That girl want's a dam good talking to. You be careful I know she's your friend, but you still have a lot of healing and resting yourself to do. Don't go knocking yourself up, or the Doctor might say you can't go away.

Feeling much better today still tired but definitely a big improvement so hoping doc goes well tomorrow as they are only open until 12 then shut until Tuesday :
It's very rare that I wear make up but my girl was getting ready for her night out and decided to join her with the war paint as my hubby calls it. Was quite shocked at the result because it doesn't look like me even though I know it is. How odd my brain still sees me as I have always looked. Anybody else get this? Xxx

Wit whoo you are looking great or I should say fab. I get what your saying, when I was just at home I never had a problem but now I'm back at work I keep getting a glance of myself and it like Who's that, oh it's me lol. It's a bit of a shock seeing how you change. I still see a fat faced person.
 
OMG you look blooming amazing hunni you really should wear make up more often........you look delicious lol funny how we don't really see what everyone else sees...... I still amaze myself when a catch a glimpse lol not sure it will ever go away ...... I guess everyone else gets used to it before us because they see us everyday lol

Ok so today is weigh in and I'm 3lbs down from last week so really pleased. I'm still getting really tired but hoping that it will go pretty soon...went to see mother in law today for a surprise party.

This lady has got to the age of 80yrs and until today had never in her life had a birthday party. All four of her sons under the same roof for the first time in ten years. Fantastic for her bless her and rather pleasing for myself too lol.
2 sister in laws and both of them put down in seconds of them opening their mouths much to the delight of my hubby and mother in law. The first pushed her way in front of everyone to stand blatantly in front of me and say "oh my DONT you look wonderful have you lost some of the fat then?" And my reply was well if I have you obviously went looking for it...then only for the second one say "my dear you look fabulous" with my reply oh and how you have aged my dear but then it has been ten years. My mother in law said thank you Nikk I've waited so long for these upstarts to be brought down a peg or two lol.
They avoided me after this instead as on previous family occasions just chatted above me as though I wasn't even their saying "it's such a shame she let herself go" we had a fab time after that but left them all drinking to head back home after 5 hours but my hubby's identical twin whom he hasn't spoken to followed us out to the car and apologised that he allowed things to pass as they have done for ten years and asked my youngest if he would take a visit down south to which my youngest replied "you have a son but I can't say come visit him because he moved to America last month to start work and get married in June" well the shock on his face could just have been drink but I think it hit home as he left his family with no explanation to marry his mistress who (one of the two mentioned above) forced him to choose between her and his youngest 2 children the day after he married her. Funny how life has a habit of pinching you in the bum but fantastic day all round and my mother in law swears it's her best too ;)
 
Soo pleased you had a great time sweetheart :) I hope you went suited and booted and all togged up...makeup and all LOL I bet they were shocked to say the least....sometimes that wonderful feeling of smugness is enough lol

aren't boys odd .... my hub is one of 4 and they have barely kept in touch over the years, now sometimes its not a bad thing....not so sure they will stay in touch now the parents have both gone ...but suits me :)

fantastic for MIL 80 and all her boys around ...brilliant bet she loved it .... lol bet your SIL are slim dressy types lol oooohhh I bet they were green......nobody to put down now lol they will have to find something else to talk about now :)

WTG on another fantastic loss sweetheart....doing grand, just watch your energy and get lots if rest until your intake increases back again...

Thanks for the messages hunn....much appreciated between you and willow I've never had so many friends to message :) you 2 are fast becoming my long distance family ........Sisters all removed at birth eh...........ohhh cant wait for the day when were all in the same room together :)
