Thank you, that's from my referral weight in October. It is quite nice seeing it in figures though.



 
I plan to weigh at 4 weeks.

There was a time when I was an obsessional weigher but I conquered that s few years back. I still have a bit of a love / hate relationship with them tbh eg. I walk past them an say "not today you will have to wait till I am good and ready" lol I treat them as the source of so much of my past misery. No longer will I let an inanimate object decide on whether I have a good or bad day. :)

If I break, its no biggie :8855:

Oh my god, I wish I had your willpower! I weigh daily but keep telling myself to wait and give in within 5 minutes of getting out of bed. Cant wait until your weigh in after 4 weeks then, you will get a lovely surprise!

P.S How do you get your tracker to show on your post each time, I am cutting and pasting each time!

Had a strange day yesterday where I just could not face any food. Not sure why but anything pureed just did not appeal at all. Stuck to the fluids and had a protein shake and feel a lot better this morning.
B - Latte
L - Protein shake
T - Large latte
1.5L of NAS squash
Drove to the local M&S for a latte just so I could get back to driving. It is about a 25 minute drive and I felt absolutely exhausted.

I think I will just write this day off as a 'not good' day and today is going to be much better!

Must have been something in the air yesterday, cold air here too 12c in late June :( , as I also had a weird one. Thought I might have had a dumping thing but with hindsight no I just think I was hit with overwhelming fatigue.

It sounds go me like your are listening to hour body. If it wants fluids, why not indulge it ;) ?

When did you get clearance to drive? My GP, well a stand in, said no. :eek: she said she would get back to me but no mention of when.

Hopefully today will be an improvement :)
 
Don't worry..I have days where I don't want certain food and can't eat it. Get some protein yoghurts in though..they should go down better. Just take a small spoon at a time. Make milky drinks too, I still have options hot chocolate made with milk..protein and calcium!

Let's hope we both have a better day. As far as driving I was told that as long as I could do an emergency stop and my insurance would cover me then it was fine. I rang work (company car) and fleet told me that of medics were fine, then they were fine. Could you check with the hospital and your insurance?

Feels a bit more like normality being back behind the wheel!

The only tick I could find was in the 'smiley section' so I used this. Thanks for your help with my signature Chrissy x

Chrissy and Jackie. It is still so so early days for you guys. Don't sweat over food and energy at this stage

Danio, liberte, arla, fage..all high in protein! Arla are quite bitter though...

This is what I get mixing Fage / Danio 1:1. i find the Danio plenty sweet and was worried because I am bypass I might dump on full strength lol. I actually prefer the taste 2:1 so only a third Danio Blueberry, but means making up even more. Just blitz them with my trusty Braun stick blender. Really tasty.

As you can see it boosts the protein and lowers the carbs.

I must try mixing the yoghurts. I liked the Liberty lemon 3% fat ones but they seem to have stopped doing them. The only 3% ones I can find are the peach and they are too sweet. So I will try the fage

How are you girls doing today?
