JennaMeri's Sleeve Journey

Yeah I'm not hopeful of a downward motion this week. But as I've said, gains are going to be part of the process so I shouldn't hide them. Since hubby isn't up for much, I'm going to see if I can do 6 miles tomorrow. The 10K is only a couple weeks away now, need to get cracking!! Have a nice Easter! :)

Try not to be a scale victim chick.....don't ask why but I went from 12.6-12.10 in a week followed by stay same wk, then end 3rd wk lost 5lbs xx

Hope hubby feels better soon and try not to be so hard on yourself yourvdoing great

Ran over 6 miles today... and didn't walk any of it! Definitely now feel ready for my 10k on May 7th. Going to be quite sore tomorrow though. Happy Easter to everyone. :)

Thanks, I was quite pleased as it was my first time not walking at all during a run. :) Pace was quite slow but that will improve the more I do it.

amazing keep up the hard work slow and steady wins the race

Well, another Sunday. I think I'm just grumpy today in general. Hubby is ill and in a FOUL mood, which only irritates me. Plus side, I weighed in expecting to be the same at best, and found I'm down 0.8lbs, so I'm pleased with that considering the week. Just try better for this week. Have a happy Easter every one. :)

Incredible! 6 miles is amazing, I can't ever imagine running that far!! Well done hun. Sucks hubby's in a bad mood, I guess none of us are much fun to be around when we're poorly. Well done on your loss too, I think I might have a gain this week, or sts at least, oops!! X

I need to start monitoring TOM visits more closely. If I did then I'd know the weeks that were going to be slow loss weeks as it seems to be the week before.
And you could so run 6 miles! Took me a long time before I could... and yesterday was the first time I did it completely! It's just like anything. Have to work for it. :)

Yeahhhhh I guess, sounds daunting though! Not sure I'm ready yet lol x

For 6 miles... why not? Don't have to run the whole thing. There were MANY times I would only 'run' about a mile of the six and walk the rest. :p

Ran another three miles today. Had the pup with me and she annoys me when we run together so I didn't fancy going around twice. She's a good pup and I think once her hormones are more under control she'll be even better, but for right now she sort of sucks as a running partner. Anyways! I also took some measurements this morning and I'm happy to report that I've lost another 4 inches overall, some gains, some losses, but turned out to get -4 total in the end. Definitely happy with that! :) Two more days until weigh day... planning on going running again tomorrow as my knees don't hurt after today. :) Hope everyone else is well! :D

fab news on the inches something is obviously working for you keep it going

wtg Jenna hunni :) doing grand girl :) i know my pup would not amke a good running partner either lOl she barely makes a good walking partner..... stopping constantly to sniff of pick stuff up LOL you got to just love em eh :) x x x

Thanks! Only reason I took her is hubby is feeling awful and she needed a good wearing out. Love her to bits, but her restlessness is starting to take it's toll on moods. She due in for spaying on Friday, so REALLY hoping that helps her to calm down a bit more. Pretty sure one of her reasons for the restlessness is that her first season is coming. She has all the other dogs lunging at her and of course she thinks they want to play so she gets all excited. :(
Took her for a mile walk just now to wear her out again. Let her off her lead for a bit so that she could really run. She loved it. :) I've started using a different tracker for my runs/walks now. RunKeeper was seriously annoying me, so now I'm trying out cardiotracker. I like it so far. :) Has a pedometer as well, so that's nice. Do any of you use anything?

I don't use a pedometer or anything no lovey. You're doing so so well!! Look at those inches melting away! And you're a superstar for doing for all this running, I'm very proud of you. X
