Just got back from having my fill,she put another 1ml in so that takes me to 6.2 in a 10ml band and I was 16.00 stone on her scales

Don't know about where u live but every time I go to the clinic its full of gypsies in there velour track suits,now I've nothing against them personally but they were getting treated like royalty,receptionist new them by name made them a cup of coffee,brought it out for them,all I got was half a smile.one even turned up a day early by mistake,receptionist said sit down well squeeze you in wtf what's all that about
Anyway back on tomato soup for a day yum

I am really hungry today

Have had ham slices/pear/cheese slice for breakfast -200
Chicken cooked in lentils and peppers, a real good portion for lunch with a baby bel light cheese -450
Snak Atkins advantage bar and liberte yoghurt - 340

I am over my calorie limit by 100 cals and it's only 4pm...and I'm ravenous

Oh Kirsty me too all can think about is food and I've just gotta have bloody soup,sticking to 800 cals is hard going your food sound lovely x

Daisy my dietitian told me to stick to,1000. When I told,her I felt that was low and asked why, she told me that they want you to,loose as much as possible in the first 6. Months to a year

Well I haven't been counting calories at all recently I really should start,I suppose 800 cals isn't that hard if you have restriction
God knows what I've been consuming lately lol

1000 is my best losing spot, although i creep up to 1200 on days i need extras .... 800 is a bit low..... starvation mode me thinks!!! i'm going to list todays intake over on mine if anyone wants a nose x x x
