Well..... Got up this morning, and put on a suit that i haven't worn for nearly two years, and guess what it fits... well the skirt is a loose but it is great.......

Weird really I can't see the weightloss when I look in the mirror but it feels great, when i can get into smaller clothes.......

Morning Everyone!!!

Had a real bad night, was throwing up most of it.... got a real bad pain on my right side, really hurts.... top it all off ache all over and got a sore throat!!!!!!

Am here in work, not really wanting to be here.........

Not sure what to take for my throat!!!! any ideas anyone

I'm fine going to call Mr Ammori secretary today to see where my appointment is, its over two weeks since I was referred and I was told once they had the letter they would be in touch within the week. The fact three of my NHS letters have never arrived worries me so I am using the phone to ensure they turn up!...Linda x

sugar free strepsils mandy, not entirely convinced how effective they are but better than nothing! They're strawberry flavour, get them in most places.

Afternoon Everyone...

Well I am pleased with myself! I got up this morning, and althoug I was not in the right frame of mind, I went to tesco's bought all the baking stuff... and I have made, biscuits this afternoon, about 40- flapjacks, and a coconut tart... along with cooking my darling hubby his liver for tea tonight... all while he has gone to paly golf!!!

For the first time ever I have really enjoyed it!!!!!!
