I can manage a penguin no sick feeling but I couldn't manage anymore! Weird it use to trigger a binge did on bar but now I've no interest thank god!!!
The penguins are my secret to weight loss...that and special gravy!!

Lmao you guys crack me up!!!

I was up at 5.30am as well love, sadly it was for work so I had to stay up and look presentable!

Was chatting to my vegas friend last night and though be best to explain about my band..as I know she wouldn't share it with anyone ...she was very supportive and happy that I was able to help myself. She shared her friend had it and lots of success!! Xx

Daisy if you don't have scabies before you hit the public pool. You may well have once you've been.....or verrucas at the very least lol

I actually use the public pool. It's half Olympic size so ideal. Hubby offered to get my private membership to a local private facility but the pool a leisure pol and the gym no where near as good as the public one

But I'm always feart of getting verucas or conjunctivitis lol
