Ive got tomorrow off then back to work friday. We are having a birthday day tomorrow for my husband! No cake for me!
Its weigh in day tomorrow for me, see how that goes.

Hey Karina!!

I'm doing good thanks!! Band seems to be working, due to see the surgeon on 25th for a check up and he will say whether I need a fill yet or not!!

Work only been back a day but so far been ok! X

Hope your hubby enjoys his birthday day tomorrow, I'm gonna weigh in on Friday and hope I have lost some.. !!

Well today been ok, no big appetite... Think cause I upped my protein again!

Hopefully show on the scales!!

I have 5 bags now in the car to take to the recycle. I took two to the charity shop at the weekend

I'm looking for a pair of jeans now to suit my apple shape which will fit my middle and bit flap about round my thighs

Today been ok...although my port for first time was giving me a little bit hassle...not sure if cause was at my desk and leaning over was sore, think the scab on it due to fall off so maybe why!

TMI..feeling a little backed up today!! Need to take some lactulose tonight I think!!

In other news I had purchased jeans and trousers that were too tight for me around legs and butt...tried them on last night...no problem!! great having a few new things to wear today and even got a compliment that I looked different but from a nice person so I know it was in a nice way!!

Anyways, hope everyone is doing good today!!

Went out for lunch today and had a bit of soup.
Kirsty you want to try a proper levi store and get measured, im a bold curve in levis, ive big hips and bum, they have all sorts of fits.

Hi Sharon. My port wound has been tight and nippy feeling since Tuesday and I think it is sitting over the computer for hours


Lindsay pointed out that he brought me home three weeks ago today. Isn't the human body amazing. Within the past few days I can drive over the traffic calming bumps no problem. It's hard to believe I felt so delicate and weak just two weeks ago and three weeks ago we put our bodies through major trauma....we are just superstars

Hey Kirsty, there is one in Buchanan galleries, side closest to sauchiehall st!

It is amazing to think that we been through all that already, and reaching etc seems little easier!! We are superstars!!

I think it might be the desk like you said , noticed when was leaning forward today..need to adjust my chair tomorrow see if that helps !!! Xx

That's what mines were like and told me to take them off if get boots for surgery and the injections to thin the blood!

I was back at work today, steady away, drove myself there which was my first drive since the op.
I was wearing trousers for work that I hadnt worn for a long time, everyone commented on my weight loss.
Im still pleased with my decision to have surgery.

I felt like that, I don't rally feel often hungry but think...oh that be nice lol!! Thankfully not been anything bad! Xx

Good luck on the soft food Sharon....it's brill to get off the purée. Though I ended up with think soup twice yesterday. The macintosh haggis neeps and tatties from the tesco chill counter is superb. I managed about half a pack for tea on the Thursday and about a third of a pack on the Friday for breakfast. It tasted like the best meal I had ever had lol

I bought a couple of the fish pies tesco's own from chill and a mince a mince kinda thing too. I generally dont eat processed foods, I am celiac and they mostly have wheat in Them. These do too but I reckon for the next two weeks I can live with it . I will get back on to home cooked whole foods when I get on to solids in the next fortnight.
