I dropped into the teens (19st 13) on this weeks weigh in thats 2st 6lbs lost in 4 weeks

Right, im up! Before having a shower and getting dressed like I usually do im going downstairs in my jammies to get food!! Cant believe I just said that :/ Feeling nervous Eating in the morning makes me feel sick! *gulp* here goes! XD x

Well done flick to for the food don't let it get the upper hand . Butterfly that's amazing loss . Audra you great not long and your be skipping your self around top shop saying if I want to I could because they will fit .x
To me, dumping is like a panic attack. It comes on very quick, I tremble, feel faint and breathless, get very hot and had to run to the loo! It settles and then I feel freezing cold and shaky and weak for about 30 mins after. It's truly lovely! Lol x
Well done, it may have been a rush but you did it! AND IT IS WORTH THE BOTHER! Because your worth the bother X
Thank you I need to carry on. Mum echoed everything you guys are saying. Eat more, burn more. So I am guna try. I dont wanna be a WLS failure! She could see a difference on my waist which made me smile, just need it to continue now.

Go for it flick write a plan for the day what time you going to drink and eat write it down . I find it's the only way I can get the fluids and food in,
Here's mine if helpful
Wale up tea a mug half a pint but I only manage 250mls
Breakfast 8 weetabix ready break
Between 9 and 1030 half a mug squash in a drinks bottle sipping all the time (why have I got a wee infection)
1040 yogurt , milk shake
1120 hot chocolate with option in a tall insulated cup .
1200 squash half mug to 1230 the stop
1300 lunch puréed Shepard pie chicken caserole protein about half a ramekin ATM
1400 half mug squash
1500 milk shake half mug or hot coffee
1600 squash sipping all the time
1640 stop
1700 dinner boil in the bag fish I'm loving these and their cheep in Iceland ,
1800 tea coffee and squash
1900 yogurt
2000squash all the time
About bed time I take up a hot milky drink in an insulated cup and watch tv drinking .
I have a water bottle filled up by my bed for the middle of the night.
I'm finding I have to plan what I'm going to eat that day taking thing out of the freezer , ian never hungry and I don't like eating but I make my self eat .
