Thank you so much ........I'm feeling terribly nervous now. I've been doing Cambridge until a few days ago and felt really good, I've then done 2 -3 days eating the LSD then today its all got to pot and I keep picking and the more I pick the more I want so I think I'm just going to do VLC tomorrow but its getting so so near.......in 48 hours we will be starting our new lifestyle..........

Awe bless you, I'm sure it will all be worth it in the end I know I feel brand new now I'm over 10st down with just over 2 weeks to my 1 yr anniversary

Just decided I should shave my legs in honour of flashing some skin to the honourable Proff Ammori! In 48hrs I will be dreaming of that losers bench!
I am feeling a bit too serene about the whole thing, I suspect very much it will only hit me once I'm getting my gown and wobbling my way down to theatre.....having struggled with my weight and extreme yo-yo dieting for 25yrs it doesn't seem real that there is a true possibility that I will be slim and stay slim......

hows everyone getting on today? im feeling ok, a bit sick coz of sooooo many eggs lol. this lsd has defo helped my health. I ran up the stairs without gwtting out of breath. 11.5lbs down, hoping to make it to a stone by op day monday, this wud be down a stone bracket which phycologicaly wud be great. good luck for the rest of the day guys xxx

Hi J, I'm on the yogurt LSD and finding it... "interesting". haven't actually been feeling hungry much but I really do fancy some carbs. Any old carbs would do it! Hope you have a good day too. Can't believe it's less than a week to go. Have been having some wobbles so trying to chill a little today. Mx
ah maggy the wpbbles r horrible ant they but they pass so try to stay strong. ye eits mad this time nxt week wel be done woho! im guna start packing my bag tomo. the pop to town and get a few bits like mini shampoos and squash as water makes me feel sick on an empty tummy. x
