Hi bex i know we have made contact before. However cant remember how long you did pre op diet for? Im trying my best but am finding things esp today since changing to real food diet basically foods from list. I do feel for me to slim fasts and one meal a day is for me. Weight has stalled today, why and i have been so active too. Did you have this prob I'm doing 4 wks LSD . See my diary for more info . Hope your doing well. XI'm a week post band and just want to wish all the November surgeries a huge good luck!! Stick to your LSD as much as you can!! You're weightloss journey starts now, not when u have the surgery! Hi Jes thanks. for me I have to lose the 5-10% loss my surgery will be cancelled. So I'm very worried about it. Although i gave been very good i do feel may be my meals need to be a bit smaller! I have another 3wks as today is the end of week 1. So again I'm getting anxious. Really feel like just doing 3 x slim fasts a day but I know I'm going to die with out just one little meal . Your doing very well well done xsharona. my weight has stalled aswel. I think the first week ur body goes into like shock and it drops off quickly rhen slows down. dont worry about it (im trying not to) as long as its going the right way its all good. the food diet I find is ok but ur eating the same thing again and again so I try to alternate it. like cook veg in tinned tomatoes (im alout 2 veg at tea) to tomatoes is one. then the nxt day use half a stock cube instead. luch to me is the most boring theres only so much grated carrot and red pepper I can take.lol. I try to think that I shud just enjoy having solid food as for 4 weeks its not aloud if that makes sence. x
That just sounds like my day, but I got sent home. Could not believe they told me to have a meal, but alas not like you I had fish and chips when I got home.
But hey oh back on the milk diet again, and quite enjoying it.
But I don't have Slimfast.
Mines: 3 pints of skimmed milk
2 Low fat / Light yogurts
1 Low fat jelly ( Sometimes made with milk allowance )
1 Oxo
Times I have these: 8:00am 12 Noon 3:00pm 6:00pm 9:00pm
Oxo between 3:00 and 6:00pm

I know what you mean about the jelly, I only have it now again.
I think in just over 3 weeks, I have had it about 4 times.

I think I'm calm still- I just want it over now but apparently I'm last on the list!
I thought about posting a personal diary as I've lived reading everyone else's but emotionally I don't think I can do it just get. So will stay with this thread for the mo if that's ok with everyone!
I'm off to pack my bag and get my little boys bag ready for his weekend sleepover at grandmas!
